Great (helpful and very friendly) hosts, nice breakfast, convenient location, comfortable bed
A bit loud on street-side rooms with windows open... a busier street that I would have expected from the map.
Very friendly staff, Luc stayed up to 1 am to accommodate out late arrival
Lots of stairs
Very friendly owner, flexible service, plus it is nice to stay in a privately owned B&B instead of a chain hotel. Price/quality.
Location near station is practical if you are travelling by train, but as in every big city, the area around central station is not the best area to stay in.
location and comfort and quite good wifi, friendly owners, feels like home, quiet place.
breakfast in the hotels is more rich and I did not get a nice room, like i saw in the photos, but i guess it is a matter of taste. I got a more modern El Toro room, but it really is not my taste.
Liliane and Luc were excellent hosts. The breakfast was first class and the room very comfortable. Would recommend and we would stay again
Poor external signage makes the Baron easy to miss even if you know your on the right street!!
the room is well decorated, the host is amazing! even adapt for my breakfast request and help me with the luagge, nice friendly people! definitely will come again!
good sized room and bathroom great breakfast very quiet
This is grossly overpriced. Safety and security are nil - no checking of ID of guests, rooms on top floor up five flights of spiral wooden staircase, external fire escape leading to an enclosed roofed over space between the two streets of houses with no way out, breakfast ( said to start at 9h00!!)rationed out on plates, "shabby chic" decor irritating. An experience which will not be repeated
Good sized room and bathroom with attractive decor in a period town house. Very nice breakfast, welcoming owners.
The shower in my room didn't work and the Wifi also seemed to be down. Apart from that everything was great.
old and eclectic...
-Friendly people -Good location -Clean -Nice breakfast -Very good for the price
Sorry nothing negative to add.
Short walk from station, shops and opera house. Stylish, well-furnished room. Friendly service from English-speaking owner. If visiting central Antwerp again, this is where we would stay.
Apart from the opera, we would need a good reason to want to visit Antwerp again.
Good location. Pretty and big rooms. Nice reception.
I was too tall to fit under the shower.
Lovely decorated and charming room and nice spacious bathroom (Don Edmondo suite). Comfortable bed. Good location. Nice hosts. Breakfast ok.
The room was rather small and felt crowded with all the lovely but "heavy" furniture. When onion was fried in their kitchen it felt as if it was done in our bathroom. We had to open all windows to get rid of the smell.
The interior of the B&B was beautiful if you appreciate antiques and old furniture. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. A warm welcome late in the evening with tea and coffee. Breakfast was lovely too. Close to city centre.
That we couldn't stay longer:-))
great setting excellent breakfast friendly staff
