I have stayed here before and will always come back, because of the location, the coziness of the Hotel, yet is very stylish. Nice bar. Great food in the restaurant.Breakfast is very good and well presented. |

The design, the central location and the nice patio. No real SPA. The sauna is small. No swimming pool. No coffee pads near the coffee machine in the room. |

The staff was very helpful in helping us get around the city and beyond. The bed was one of the most comfortable i have been on at any hotel. |

The room was great value for money. Clean and comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever stayed in! Staff were friendly. Great location-really clsoe to Grand Place, shopping etc! Breakfast was a little expensive at €30! |

The shower - for a very tall man it was brilliant. Above all, your staff were very friendly and helpful - natural and not obsequious. The Sunday morning breakfast from about 10.00 am was a shambles - too much pressure on two young men, who were out of their depth.. |

This is a truly great hotel, there are no negatives. I wont consider any other hotels in Brussels as this has everything you would look for. It also has class and a very individual welcoming atmosphere. |

The location is superb and we liked the hotel set up (decoration, etc) There are similar hotel rooms in Brussels for half the price. It is not that we did not like it, it's that it's far too expensive |

friendly staff, very clean and beautiful interior. the barman made a smashing mojito for us. staff was generally very friendly and curtious. room was very nice, comfortable and quiet. breakfast often not included, normally €27 per person! |
