The location was excellent - central to shops, restaurants and local sights. Room was very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. We felt that the hotel was often under staffed. It took ages for us to check in as there was only one person on the desk and a queue of people! Also felt that for the money they could have offered just that little extra bit more in terms of luxury. Very expensive breakfast! |

The hotel was great!, it has a great location very near from the Gand Place and the Central Station (which is great to travel tu Brugge, Gant, Lovaine.... by train!) and near to a lot of restaurants and bars. Simply excellent! The breakfast is very very very expensive!!! |

I think that everyting was great, the people speak more than one language, and also french, so it's not true some comments from other people in this site. One choose that I read is that the breakfast is to expensive, but I can say that they have many different prices for each type of breakfast starting in 15€ each person. I read also that the curtains are very soft and all the people can see from outdoor inside the room, this is not true also because we have 2 types of curtains. We have everything inside the bedroom, I can say that is very nice having a tea machine and a coffee machine inside the room, the design it's very nice and the localization it's the best. The only think that I can suggest is in the bathroom. When we take a shower the short glass to not let the water go outdoor is not enough. So we need all the times to clean the ground with a towel. |

The design of the hotel is stunning, particularly the downstairs area. The colour scheme in the rooms and corridors although very trendy, is very dark. It's cosy during the evening, but a bit dingy during the daytime. |

The decor was very modern without being pretentious. The rooms, like most European hotels, were not large, but still felt very comfortable and never cramped. The bathrooms were very stylish and the shower was incredible. The front desk staff was always very friendly and accomodating. |

The design, atmosphere, comfort and perfect location. The service : staff who does not speak french (in Bruxelles !?), we waited for ages to order food & drinks and then to be served. Some orders were missing. Tables were still dirty, full of dishes 2 hours after the breakfast time ! What a pity that the service is not what it should be for this kind of hotel. |

The location, the staff were outstanding, and the room you couldn't fault in any way. The bar was a very pleasant place to while away time and the Mojitos are excellent! This is the best Hotel I have stayed in for almost 3 years... If you want to have a romantic break this is the place, if you want to do business and start or end the day in a relaxed fashion just book it. I live my professional weekday life in hotels and I can't imagine why anyone would complain about this Hotel! Is it expensive not fantastically no, is it value for the extra money, most definitely... As for the people complaining about the cost of breakfast? Please can I suggest you book a nice cheap/budget hotel next time? |

Great hotel located perfect for a city week-end. Close to shopping street, close to metro and close to Grand place and St Gery (for restaurants etc). Room very nice design and comfortable beds. One of my favourite hotels. We received a room located opposite a Irish bar with live music, felt like the live music was actually in the room beside but it ended in reasonable time. Also somewhat understaffed at checkout but overall a great hotel. |

Very nice design of the hotel and rooms. Modern bath room. Free WIFI connection. Fantastic location in the center of Brussels. Strange system in the elevator which requires your room key-card. |

I love the design in this hotel. From the lobby to the room, and the public bathroom, everything is master piece. I have respect towards the Interior designer. I like the fact that it is located right in the center of everything. I like the espresso machine in my room, the rain shower head and the bath tub. I don't like the cleaning stuff taking away my water bottle. I guess the hotel don't like me to buy things outside of the hotel. But I really think it is not their business to touch my belongings. The food at hotel is very expensive. The restaurants around the hotel are even more expensive. |

Location is superb, near to all important monuments. Freshly built and renovated. Atmosphere is OK if you do like so. The staff was very pretentious, not speaking French or even bad Dutch (Brussels?). The bathroom door was standing next to the opening, the bed too high for an older person. Breakfast OK but nothing more for such a class hotel. |
