Tyylikkäät yleiset tilat, erinomainen sijainti, rauhallinen tunnelma, siisti huone, hyvä ja tyylikäs kylpyhuone, asiallinen ystävällinen henkilökunta, selvä satsaus siihen että olisi ylemmän keskiluokan hotelli (ja ihan olikin)

Huone sisäpihalle siten että lähellä vastapäätä on toisia hotellihuoneita (pimeällä, kun huoneessa on valot, ei viitsi pitää verhoa auki) eikä ulkoa kuulu kaupungin ääniä - tästä vähän klaustrofobinen olo, tosin jotkut tietysti juuri rauhallisuudesta nauttivat. Aamiainen liian kallis, olisi hyvä että kuuluisi huoneen hintaan.

The Dominican is a lovely hotel in city center. Many nice attention to detail finishes.

When we got into the room, we noticed one phone, 2 lamps, and the tv did not work. The phone and lamps were fixed. We tried 3 times to have our tv fixed.....it never happened.

Excellent locatio. Very nice hotel with all amenities - bath, safe, wifi etc. The room was lovely, quiet, large. I would definitely stay again.

The housekeeping was not good. Glasses that had been used were not washed - when I arrived the glasses were dirty too. Toilet paper was not replaced - I actually ran out. Kettle was leaking copiously but not replaced. Check-out takes ages with a huge queue - they need an express check-out system.

Very good facilities and helpful staff. well appointed rooms and appreciated the ironing board and tea/ coffee making in the room as well as the mini-bar.

One very small point- you should provide real milk in the room for tea/coffee making rather than the powdered creamer that was provided and which tasted horrible in coffee. However, this was the only negative comment I have about the hotel which was excellent overall

This was my 5th stay in this Hotel and I have noticed that the quality is decreasing: the dust bin in the room was not cleaned, the cyclette in the fitness room did not work, nice room with very noisy neighbours, staff in the breakfast room very rude, less choice of teas etc.

You say you have a gym however you only have treadmills etc. Might be best to just say you have treadmills etc.

Overpriced breakfast buffet with no other options

The fish I ate at one of the dinners was spoilt. It would be good to ensure that all raw food is fresh.

I think that everyting was great, the people speak more than one language, and also french, so it's not true some comments from other people in this site. One choose that I read is that the breakfast is to expensive, but I can say that they have many different prices for each type of breakfast starting in 15€ each person. I read also that the curtains are very soft and all the people can see from outdoor inside the room, this is not true also because we have 2 types of curtains. We have everything inside the bedroom, I can say that is very nice having a tea machine and a coffee machine inside the room, the design it's very nice and the localization it's the best.

The only think that I can suggest is in the bathroom. When we take a shower the short glass to not let the water go outdoor is not enough. So we need all the times to clean the ground with a towel.

The design of the hotel is stunning, particularly the downstairs area.

The colour scheme in the rooms and corridors although very trendy, is very dark. It's cosy during the evening, but a bit dingy during the daytime.

The decor was very modern without being pretentious. The rooms, like most European hotels, were not large, but still felt very comfortable and never cramped. The bathrooms were very stylish and the shower was incredible. The front desk staff was always very friendly and accomodating.
