المكيف لا يعمل ويجب فتح النافذة لان سياسة الفندق تقتصد بتشغيل المكيف كما قال لي موظف الاستقبال بعد الغرف عن المصعد ابواب الغرف تغلق بشكل قوي ومزعج حتى انك تظن ان احد دخل عليك فجئة

Location.

I came down for the breakfast and I provided my room number to the hotel employee guarding the entrance to the breakfast area. Later on while I was taking my breakfast the second hotel employee inquired about my room number again. I explained that his colleague already marked down the room number but the man did not believe me and confronted me in front of other guests. The situation was very uncomfortable. It is very strange to accuse the guest of 4 stars hotel of taking unpaid breakfast.

Pleasant comfortable room. Location to restaurants and the Grand Palace. Great cocktail maker. Ambience of the hotel.

Excellent location for visiting the Grand Place and within walking distance of other museums etc.

Room was nicely appointed, especially the bathroom.

Breakfast was expensive, especially as we only wanted a continental breakfast but still had to pay the price of a full buffet meal.

Good location.

The chanting monks music as background. The hotel is a hot spot for business people, but I thought a bit unkempt by most standards for the price.

Excellent location in the city center. Nice room and beautiful lobby and restaurant.

Comfortable Rooms and Beds. The whole hotel was clean and extremely well presented. Reception staff were helpful and approachable. Bar/Restaurant staff were charming! Central location within Brussels and close to the 'Grand Place'. I would highly recommend this hotel to any visitor to the city who want to add a bit of luxury and style to their stay.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Location and general convenience.

My wife getting food poisoning from the restaurant on the first night and being kept up most of the first night due to the person in the next room being on the phone for most of the night - the wall was so thin he may as well have been in our room. Very noisy.

Great location

Good location , cosy and well designed hotel. A bar is nice with good choices of drinks.

The spa area very small and not so attractive

Excellent location , close enough to the sights but away from the noise and tourists. The staff was very helpful and friendly.The room was very comfortable and cozy . Nice feature for the room ... Nespresso machine.We had a nice cocktail in the courtyard .

The church music in the elevators and the rooms...it gives you a depressing feeling :(

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Europe, great value for money. Location is right in the city center, about 5 mins walk to central train station and major sites in the old city part. A supermarket right outside the hotel, very convenient. Staff very nice and efficient. Room is great. Bathroom is wonderful with plenty of towels! The steam and sauna at the gym is perfect for relaxation after a full day cruising around the city.

The room shared a door with the next room. It felt like the guest was in the same room as me. I could hear everything in the next room, including phone conversations and when he was in the bathroom. The hotel should incorporate more environmental aspects.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean quiet room. Luxury feel with robes, comfy bed.

Ambience was soothing after a frantic journey - facilities excellent.

Shower was leaking in room - but other than that all facilities were OK.

No doorman/porter: it was raining cats & dogs and I had to carry my suitcase through the pouring rain to the taxi - nobody with an umbrella assisting me.

Everything, from our friendly check-in, beautiful room design and amenities, and fabulous gourmet dinner.

The hotel was so close to everything. The hotel it's self it total luxury . The beds were amazing you just didn not want to get out of them
