Everything was perfect.

Just one thing: on my stay internet was very slow/sometimes there was no internet at all

The room was too small. Shower curtain filthy. Acoustics very bad, you literally can hear every word spoken on the corridor or in next room. Maintenance status after 3 years catastrophic. Service not at all helpful or attentive and sloppy

Although being off the main streets, its within walking distance from the metro, avenue Louise and a few restaurants. Furniture is simple but stylish. Bathroom is well lit (mine had a window too). My room was a corner one and I had huge windows which I loved. Room and bathroom were clean (the thick carpet was worrying me, but is seems clean and did not have any strange smell).

The room was a bit cold, since electricity goes off when you leave the room and the heater is too small to heat the room. Bathroom, on the other hand, was warm enough. Bed linen were clean, although not very soft. Pillows are very poor. There were some hairs in the sheets, but you could tell they went through the washing progress and got ironed with the sheets. Guess the laundry service should be blamed rather than the hotel. No minibar neither coffee machine in the room. I was at the Pantone a couple of times before, the first when it was newly opened and I can tell it's aging fast, since materials do not seem top quality. Also some stylish solutions like the thick carpet and the white fabric bed headboard (under a nice back-lit huge picture) do not help good maintenance.

The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel is colourful without being tiresome and the location is fantastic.

Lightning in the room (room 305 at least): there was no light in the ceiling. It was the lamps by the bed, and the too dim purple lightwall over the bed. Not enopugh light to sit by the small table and work!

Rooms are nice and confortable. Great breakfast.

The view from my room was a wall. Lack of daylight.

I liked the distinctive style and the room. Location is pretty good also.

Checking in and out was a bit slow, and the entrance area to the hotel feels small.

A beautiful hotel with some lovely staff

I rang the reception to say the water was cold in my room. He said he would get back to me but did not. When I rang ack I got a dismissive ' oh that will be fine no' but it was not. Out of time, I had a cold shower.

We arrived bit earlier and my pregnant girlfriend was too tired to go for a city sight straightway, so the recepcionist quickly resolved to have a empty room for us. (Different floor from the one we booked for of course)

Since we took the lift we noticed a lot of bad details (worn out paint and rust) the corridor extremely thin, bruises on the walls probably of the cleaning trolley, oh and the smelly carpet absolutely unpleasant. The room we got (green) in the second floor was really small, dark and completely noisy.. Could even heard every single person in the street, so naturally we couldnt take even a nap with that much noise, then I spoke with the recepcionist to get back our booked room (6th floor) because we rather wait for it, she offered us to pay more and get one immediately on 5th floor, so we took it. Was a bit bigger and less noise but the rest remain the same, the smell on the carpet.. The poor quality of the furniture... Anyway we passed two nights in here and that was enough we won't come back to this place. Is a real shame that this hotel has been named like that, when is just discrediting the pantone brand.

They gave us a bigger room with terrace and bath tube for the same price as the small one we booked and they let us choose the color we preferred. Wondelful view, super clean and essential.

6 euro for a bottle of water.

Great locations, only steps away from Avenue Louise. Altogether a handy solution I'd recommend.

Don't expect a fancy design hotel - it is a regular 3-star hotel with some Pantone boards on the walls. My expectations were just too high. It is advertised as much fancier than it actually is.
