The colours were great...they gave a great vibe. The location was excellent, very conveniently located. Cleanliness was great too!! I would definitely recommend it for someone travelling light and wants to stay in a nice area at an interesting place.

There was construction work right across which was noisy in the mornings however this was coincidental not something that would change my opinion about how great the place is but would have been nice to get the heads up.

Very practical location. Quiet street, but just five minutes from shopping, bars and restaurants on the Avenue Louis and Place Stephanie. Friendly staff, cute and youthful decor. Clean and modern.

Beds were a bit too soft.

This hotel is great. The rooms arnt the biggest but they are very stylish,funky and very clean.The staff are very knowledgable and if you need anything they will help you.

Nothing it was great. The breakfast is very over priced so we Didnt have it. But there a re lots of places to eat within minutes walk.

This hotel apires to be design hotel and as such makes positive impression. It is renovated, breakfast was quite good (for Brussels standard)

WIFI does not function at all in this hotel. This is the greatest inconvenience. I asked member of the staff, he promised to fix it, but there was no effect of it. This is the major thing which discourages me to book it again Another small thing: there is no toilet brush (room 103)

The room was too small. Shower curtain filthy. Acoustics very bad, you literally can hear every word spoken on the corridor or in next room. Maintenance status after 3 years catastrophic. Service not at all helpful or attentive and sloppy

The stuff was incredible, very helpful. The room and the service was great. Just receiving the question to select the color of your room is a great value.

Incredibly cool.

Although being off the main streets, its within walking distance from the metro, avenue Louise and a few restaurants. Furniture is simple but stylish. Bathroom is well lit (mine had a window too). My room was a corner one and I had huge windows which I loved. Room and bathroom were clean (the thick carpet was worrying me, but is seems clean and did not have any strange smell).

The room was a bit cold, since electricity goes off when you leave the room and the heater is too small to heat the room. Bathroom, on the other hand, was warm enough. Bed linen were clean, although not very soft. Pillows are very poor. There were some hairs in the sheets, but you could tell they went through the washing progress and got ironed with the sheets. Guess the laundry service should be blamed rather than the hotel. No minibar neither coffee machine in the room. I was at the Pantone a couple of times before, the first when it was newly opened and I can tell it's aging fast, since materials do not seem top quality. Also some stylish solutions like the thick carpet and the white fabric bed headboard (under a nice back-lit huge picture) do not help good maintenance.

The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel is colourful without being tiresome and the location is fantastic.

Lightning in the room (room 305 at least): there was no light in the ceiling. It was the lamps by the bed, and the too dim purple lightwall over the bed. Not enopugh light to sit by the small table and work!

Rooms are nice and confortable. Great breakfast.

The view from my room was a wall. Lack of daylight.

I liked the distinctive style and the room. Location is pretty good also.

Checking in and out was a bit slow, and the entrance area to the hotel feels small.
