Theater Hotel    

The hotel room given is large and with a special multi level design. 5 of us separated into 3 level comfortably. The room even has a flat screen TV, refrigerator and a small kitchenette, these impressed us very much. The room was very clean also. Over all more like a nice small apartment than a hotel room. Suitable for group travelling or family with kids.

The hotel staffs not very friendly but this does not affect much as we seldom talk to them.

There was no facilities to relax and have a beer or a glass of wine, the area hotel was in was the heart of a red light area, not very pleasant!

La chambre était toute neuve, très design, très propre, très bien équipée. Située très près du métro. Mais on pouvait aussi marcher jusqu'à la Grande Place facilement.

Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et on était un peu déstabilisés par l'abondance de prostitués dans le coin de l'hotel. Ceci dit, ce n'était pas inquiétant, bruyant ou dangereux la nuit ou le jour.

Great value for money, room was clean. Had a small kitchenette, bathroom small but very clean. Room was made up daily. Short walk to train and shopping streets.

Nothing I didn't like, it was a bargin. Lots of prostitutes, literally lining the street but as everyone said, they don't bother anyone.

I liked the room, it was well appointed and comfortable. The spaciousness of my double room was highly unexpected, and I appreciated the sitting room

The area is a part of the 'official unofficial' red light district of Brussels. At intervals on all streets around the hotel there are prostitutes who whilst friendly and unobtrusive nonetheless detract from the lovely image of the hotel. Also they do nothing to aid the impressions of safety around the area. I was unimpressed by the room cleaning service. I was surprised that on each morning the dishes that were used were not cleaned, and the kitchen not tidied.

The location is something that someone staying there should be aware of. Although very convenient, the hotel is at a street which is most busy with peostitutes. However, it did not feel unsafe at all. Also, the "boutique" theme is a bit of an oversell...

Room was gorgeous.

My dislike was a matter of personal preference, and does not in any way actually reflect on any failure of the hotel in any way.

Just need to be aware that there are allot of prostitutes in the area. No hassle at all from them but it is a very real thing to be aware of.

The staff was willing to accommodate changes. Location was decent.

The hotel is split into a few building blocks and the secondary blocks are not as well maintained as the main one. It was a bit dim and unlike the pictures online, but they did allow us to swap rooms so all was good.

It wasn't clean enough

I love the hotel because its clean and it looks like the one which you can see in their website. I stayed at the family suite room for 5 nights with 3 other friends. The staff are really friendly an helpful. Although it is located near the red light district but personally I don't think there is much disturbance from then.

Very close to the metro station. The hotel has been recently redecorated and it is very nice from the inside.

The breakfast is very good but at the price of 10 euros per person I think it is quite expensive.

The room was like a suite with a kitchen area, living and a tucked away bed area - lots of space.

I didn't ask but there was a terrible drains smell both in the reception and in the room. Also i was allocated a room which was a short walk from the main building which felt uncomfortable. The hotel is in the red district so feels a bit dodgy at night. Overpriced, I think - i only stayed there because Brussels was full (some congress or other). Won't stay there again.

perfect choice! 10' from noord station ,10' also from the heart of the city. excellent value for money and Alvin -the guy in the reception- was very helpful and kind and his engish was very good

Location is in the middle of the "red light" district meaning lot's of prostitutes, macroes and costumers around (people were yelling all over the night). Smell in the hotel passageway. Corridor's are terrible dark. Noise from the other rooms and the wooden stairs.
