It's close to eating places, shops and the Metro/subway. The staff is friendly and vary helpful
The add should have said that the place is in the redlight disctrict, not suitable fo children.
the small kitchen area with a fridge, sink and cooker
- leaky shower. - poorly insulated flat door. Always nice to be woken up at 8:00 by the kids going up and down the stairs between families. - busy neighbourhood, between the ladies and the gentlemen of the night. - soft mattress. - not overly friendly staff.
Room was great, location was great but it's lobby is not part of the building the rooms are in. Street girls are outside but well dressed and the area is not threatening at all. The Clerk ordered us a Cab and that was the best part of our short stay in Brussels. He not only drove us to our destination but told us all about the area. Our favorite new friend :) Thank you Theater a Hotel !!
I loved everything except the lobby and rooms are in desperate buildings.
I like the location, it was a nice staff, everything it was perfect. the room it was spacious and had anything you need for a nice stay.
Decent sized room it even had a little kitchen with a fridge. The breakfast was very good.
The area was a bit seedy, only for the broad minded.
I was so happy when I found my car in the morning..
Before we came, I read reviews and I was thinking that cant be so bad, but I was wronge. It is true for the prostitution in front of hotel, but they dont bother me so much, like a criminals which stayed all night in front of hotel, I couldnt sleep at all, they try to open every car in this street, they atack one tourist, and they try to take money from him. I was so lucky that I didnt need to go on some early flight, becouse bealive I will not go outside... Internet, there is no, elevator no, carpet black and dirty,no, no, no, and no....
The space, big room for us.
No air conditioned.
Size of rooms, good reception.
Environment around hotel not great.
How close it was to the metro. The reception was nice.
We had to climb 4 flights of stairs with luggage to our room. The kitchen tap and cupboard door were broken. We were in a separate building to reception (so had to walk down the street to one of 8 separate buildings in the rain). The wi-fi worked on the first floor when we sat on the steps but as we moved up levels the signal became weaker and didn't work at all where we were on the top floor. We did complain, but the staff said they would come and fix it but didn't so we wasted sightseeing time waiting for them to help. Friendly staff but not helpful. There were prostitutes working the street the hotel is on and the sound of the calling out all night kept us awake.
Location is very good. room is very comfortable.
Building is not with the reception. the lift is too small.
Comfiortable bed Good Shower Big room
Climing 6 floors because the elevator did not work. The stairway was very dark and some rubbish on the ground floor. Wardrobes had seen better days.
We found the hotel staff very helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the facilities in the room very good.
The only thing good over here is wifi! Thats all!
The toilet sink got filled and there was a leakage! The breakfast was also expensive!Management is also very, when asked for an extra fan, they declined.Reccomendation-please do not visit this hotel.
The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good
It was a dirty room and broken furniture. The stairs weee dangerous and the elevator was our of order. In fact we we're worried about bugs
Room and facilities were adequate.
Prostitutes galore out on the street Staff were a little rude and unhelpful. We were made to sit and wait 6mins because we arrived at 2.54pm and check in is not until 3....
location was close to a red light area and it seemed that ladies of the trade were swarming the street in front of the hotel. Not suitable for children.
Staff very friendly, we lost one of our handbags in a Taxi on arrival and they did their best in helping us, really much appreciated.
Rooms with great space, closed to the metro and buses
the aera not very well.
Close to major sites.
Internet was spotty at best was in another doorway, even with router in other doorway Internet either didn't connect or was so slow that you couldn't connect.
Reception was friendly and helpful
If you are after ladies of the night - this is the place for you! Most fittings were broken or poorly installed Weird smell in the building
The worst hotel i ever booked. initially booked it for 3 nights, but stayed for 1 night and canceled it. There was bed bugs which caused going to the hospital the next day for treatment. Never again this hotel. Hotel not Clean.
Large and clean room. Good location. Nice staff.
the management, environment
the street, and people stand up around
