The breakfast-room!

very kind and polite receptionist, soft and comfy bed, location in the city center, parking with discount, ten minutes from station

The staff attention was very good. The breakfast was also good. And the hotel location is excellent.

The matrresses were not to good too soft, and the beds very narrow. Every morning there was a bad smell coming from the kitchen when preparing the breakfast I suppose. The bathroom didn't have a good ventilation and the bedrooms don't have ac.

The staff accommodated our room switch for our second stay. Breakfast is awesome.

The dininig room is very beautiful, I have never seen a boat hanging in the corridor!

Its location is superb, as all amenities and cultural sites are within walking distance (Museum m, town hall, churches, restaurants and shops). An ample and attractive breakfast buffet is laid-out in a lovely room where art pieces are exhibited. The hotel staff is very helpful, attentive and friendly. My bedroom was comfortable and quiet (although facing the main street).

The one and only draw-back is the parking. If you travel by car and have more than one small bag (I had a large suitcase), you must first drop- off your luggage in reception, then head towards nearest public parking, 5 to 10 mins walk from hotel (with hotel discount, 15 Euros/24 hrs). The reception is on 1st floor which entails carrying the luggage up the staircase from street level. A lift is available, however, from reception level to the various floors where rooms are located. Most thankfully.

Friendliness of staff, the artwork and general deco, arrangement of space, excellent breakfast and great breakfast - in fact, we liked it all a lot.

We were visiting our daughter whose is attending ku Leuven for the semester. The staff was very attentive. Our room on the second floor was, quite, clean and comfortable. Our student daughter joined us for breakfast in the hotel each morning before we headed out. There was no extra charge for her meal (a nice touch).

The breakfast was great. Frita does an excellent job.

There was no a/c which made the room hot at night even though we had a fan

We were quite impressed with the comfort of the hotel and the warmth of the personnel. The location is also great! You are close to everything in Leuven. My spouse and I highly recommend the Theater Hotel Leuven Centrum, and we will without any doubt return there on our next trip to this city.
