シングルだったのに、なぜかロフト式でベッドが４つもありました。もちろん広かったのですが、4人部屋だからか、結構なお値段でした。しかも部屋にドライヤーもなく（フロントに言ったら貸してくれましたが）。アートに力を入れてらっしゃるせいか、値段の割りに朝食もほどほど…。ただスタッフは素晴らしい対応でした。 |

Excellent location. Attentive service. Very good instructions and assistance upon check-in on how to unload luggage on busy street, and on where and how to park. Very good breakfast. |

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in answering our questions and helping us with our requests. Bedroom was very spacious with everything required for our stay. Breakfast was varies with a choice for everyones tastes. |

Location was very good The room decor is very dated and the room we stayed in was very dark and was a rather strange shape which made us feel quite confined. I would not stay here again for these reasons. The room was set on two floors and one of the rooms just had a sofa stuck in it which was a waste of a space/room and we never used this area because it felt strange to sit in. |

Everything was first class & we had a great stay. We liked everything. The friendliness, helpful, very honest people who couldn't do enough for you, the service feels family run (which it is). You could'nt be closer to central Leuven = the most elegant three star hotel we have stayed in Leuven. Good sized quiet room with double bed. breakfast was beautifully presented with a wide range of choice. |

Nice friendly atmosphere & staff very helpful. Well located in centre for all restaurants and sightseeing and excellent for getting to station for day trips etc. This is a no smoking hotel. At some point in past previous guest/s had opened window to smoke as there were many butts on the balcony. For appearance/cleanliness, these should be cleared. Otherwise no adverse comments. |

Simply 2 single beds together is not a double bed. Pillows flat. Noise from other guests. Bathroom small, showerglass not stable and too small. No hairdryer. Poor quality TV. Very sober room. |
