Rooms very modern and well laid out. Bed was very comfortable and the technology for lighting was excellent. We liked the panoramic view of Brussels. The toilet area was clean until you closed the door. The back of the door had not been cleaned and had soap stains all down it. At breakfast there were not trays to use so had to make multiple trips back and forward from table to get drinks and food. There was not enough staff to clear the tables as people left therefore we had to sit at a table with the previous persons breakfast stuff on it.

The location is great, very close to the subway station. And the staff really cares. When we complain about no window in the room, they changed us to another room with windows. It was very close to a night club. So at Sat night, if u keep ur window open, it is pretty noisy...

The quality of the fixtures and fittings in room. Obviously the hotel has recently been refurbished and the room was very modern. It was very comfortable. The "free" minibar with only 5 bottles inside. (One beer two soft drinks and two bottles of water, it was a double room so had i been accompanied we would have had to have shared a drink!) it wouldn't have been too bad if the staff hadn't made such a fuss off the fact that it was free. The noisy windows that let the wind in and woke me at 5am. (Avoid room 1113) . The lack of hot water at midnight. In general the hotel felt like a decent 3 star and far from the heights the seem to be pretending to be at. They have a lot more work to do if they want to compete with the top hotels in Brussels.

The location and internal furniture The hotel was being renewed and therefore was very noisy, no stop from 12:00a.m. - when I checked-in till 20:00 when I went out for dinner. The staff was kind but very standardized approach

Very good modern hotel and good value for money. Well located. Staff friendly and helpfull. Booked room for two adults and one child but at arrival we were told room could not fit an extra bed. We then upgraded to a bigger room but the housekeeping staff never came to put the extra bed in the room. When we phoned them after returning in the evening the extra beds had run out. Our daughter had to sleep on the couch.

Squeaky noise in the airco over the whole night (even with system off). Also strong wind causing noise through the windows (20th floor). Probably bad luck: wrong room, wrong night

Works starting at 06:40 on Monday morning. We had the feeling it was in our room. And it didn't stop despite of our calls to the reception. We should have been told before!!!! Very unpleasant and this is not the kind of situation expected when you pay such a price.

We felt the staff is very "professional" The room is very modern and comfortable. We liked the pubon the 26th floor and its great view and reasonable prices, as well as the fitness center on the 23d floor and it great-great view. We particularly liked the sofa along the window, in our room The "all lights switch-off/on" button at the entrance of the room and near the bed is particularly convenient, as well as the one for the curtains :-) TV well positioned in front of bed... Everything seems perfect in this hotel, but.......... .........we were pleased to have the possibility to watch TV Polonia, but it was the only channel with no sound :-( Room 1522 : when taking a shower, water was going out of the cabin and went a bit everywhere around The toilets and shower only have a "common door", and you can hear everything from the room, as there is no real separation/door :-( Sad there is no jacuzzi in such a nice hotel ! ! ! ! There is place for one ! ! ! ! ! Buffet in the evening and breakfast are a bit expensive like in every hotel of that kind. We will anyway come back for sure.

The views were great and the renovated rooms were stylish and modern. good use of space. Shower head was huge and very relaxing. The sauna was great. complimentary minibar- although it wasnt a lot it was nice to have chilled water. we stayed over newyears night and were surprised by a lovely letter saying all guests had a complimentary late check out of 2pm the next day. thanks! tv greated us with personalised message. good selection of channels. The room we were staying in had a very loud wind whistle coming from the windows like is wasnt closed properly but there was nothing we could do about it. The room wasnt properly serviced before we arrived, no robes and only one pair of slippers. minibar was nearing on empty which we later found out thats how the 'complimentary minibar' is stocked.. bit of a let down.

Renovated rooms very nicely done. A long needed overhaul. Due to ongoing renovation works, there was a lot of noise during the day.

Its location Too much white colour in the room gives the atmosphere of a hospital; it is not relaxing at all and I just could not sleep. The bathroom communicating with the bedroom (certainly designed like this to gain space, because the room was small)is not convenient at all. When I arrived, the front desk/reception had not informed me that there was some electrcity works to be handled from 11pm to 2am; it is after getting in the room that I saw an information note on the table about this. €219 for one night is too expensive. I will not go back to this hotel.

Design of rooms and view. Noise in rooms, they are not well-isolated so if s.o has a shower in the room next door, you hear it all!

Having read a few reviews where people talked about less-than-perfect rooms and levels of comfort, I was a bit wary about the stay. However, there was absolutely nothing to fault this hotel. Yes, it's clearly undergoing refurbishment (so the bar facilities, for example, are temporary in nature) but the rooms were comfortable, clean, well- furnished and quiet. That's all you need when you're away from home on business. And having arrived at the hotel sans luggage, thanks to a robbery on the Metro, I would have to praise the receptionist who took all my details and spoke to the Police for me. There was some confusion over the booking system - I had booked for my group and was told it was an advance payment for the lot - yet at checkout some of us were charged and others not. I'm sure it will get sorted out and it's probably more to do with booking.com than the hotel!

After flight delays, I arrived at the Hotel at 1 in the morning and was immediately greeted by smiling, helpful staff. I encountered this attitude throughout my stay and in every level (breakfast, cleaning, front desk etc..). Top marks for service at Hotel Brussels.
