The location was really good. In the middle and around everything. Also I liked the lobby and the morning Buffett The rooms were old fashion design. Old bathroom. Had to switch between rooms due to knocking sound in the ceiling. The second room the shower didn't work properly Lots of dust.

The hotel did no have my reservation as the hotel changed names and lost our booking on their system but the hotel staff reseolved the problem within 30 minutes of our arrival. The hotel is fairly central to the business district but a little far from the centre of the city where the square is situated. The was little in the way of information of attractions in the city.

The Hotel is well positioned and it has a nice hall. Very close to the Louise metro station and to many luxury shops. Before we booked the hotel we read some disappointing reviews about the bathrooms, we found it very strange because we thought that something like that doesn't happen in such a big (and 4 stars) hotel like that. Unfortunately we must confirm that the bathrooms are disappointing indeed. They're extremely old (as well as the rest of the furniture)...rooms seem to be at least 20 years back in time. At least everything was working properly, if you wish to use the room just the stricty necessary that's ok, if you want to enjoy the hotel you might probably choose another hotel. Other remarks: we did not touch/use anything beside the room...parking is 35 euros/day, breakfast:32.5 euros/person, half a liter water in the fridge: 7 euros, and so on...

Nice style, a little faded but still exuding a certain class. Good food, nice bar.. Excellent location. Could do with freshening up.

The room was a bit dark, in my opinion. And 35 € per night for parking is very expensive, certainly given that you can find much cheaper parking in the immediate vicinity. 32 € for breakfast seems expensive, I know five star hotels in London that charge less and where the breakfast is at least as opulent as in The Hotel.

Christian and Ellen looked after us very well. There was no tea and coffee in my room and the cold water tap in the shower did not work.

Unlike the rooms in the lower floors, the guest rooms in upper floors are comfortable. The bathroom towels and bed cover quite old. Price of breakfast very high. Unacceptably high prices for internet connection which is not convienient for guests. Other chains in Brussels offer it for free.

Speed of elevators to 9th. floor! Plumbing left much to be desired. Hardly any water in wash basin taps, whereas water pressure in shower almost painful. Pipes also noisy.

Great view, very quiet room, good temperature controls in the room, lots of lifts, so little wait time, good breakfast buffet, bbc channels on tv Room should have a file describing the hotel facilities eg that it had a gym & where it was located. An iron & ironing board in the room would have been useful.

Only stayed 1 night as we were mertting friends from usa there so n ot really in the hotel long enough to form muchof an opinion. We liked the hospitality tray, the well stocked mini bar and the fact that we could see a digital time clock which was correct on the case of the tv. Car park was convenient and easy to use.

My Stay was too short to comment on the Hotel and the facilities. I am very pleased that there are still honest people in this world. My thanks and gratitude is expressed to the Cleaning staff that found my currency that I had left behind in the safe. The hotel staff went further by ensuring that I get this after me having called them. The following staff has been helpful, and I do not know the names of the cleaning staff; Carole, Patricia, Isabel and Adrian Thomas(Accountant). No one informed me of any tourist activities in the area

The hotel is well positioned close to Metro. I thought it was a bit overpriced, but judging by the scarcity of accommodation in Brussels during my stay, I guess this is expected. Room was nice and spacious, the only remark being that the bathroom furnishings are a bit outdated. Breakfast was also nice when it was not too crowded. The non-stop check-out was a saviour for me, as there was a very long queue on the morning of my checkout. Breakfast room was quite overcrowded on my first day (Monday), so it was a struggle to find seating and food. The hotel is big, which can be a disdvantage if you need to check out on a busy morning.
