Overall comfort, roomy, heating excellent in a very cold spell, all the gadgets like large screen TV, satellite, DVD etc. Beds excellent. Good location with garage underneath. For us this was a 10 out of 10 find. One bulb broken in standard lamp! |

The apartment was very spacious. Five of us stayed in the three bedroom apartment but it could probably have held a couple more people. It was easily located a ten minute walk from a metro station. The restaurants nearby were reasonably priced with good food. |

Good location and spacious studio suitable for short stays Lack of basic things for an apartment, e.g detergent for dishwasher, sponge for cleaning plates and simple things like that. Although location is good the noise from Ave. Loiusa makes it difficult to open windows for fresh air. |

the size of the apartment and its location One of the members of staff at the reception desk was not very helpful or friendly. His attitude should be better towards guests. I was also under the impression that wi-fi was available at the apartment for free but was then told it was 25 euro a day which is a ridiculous price. |

went to Brussels for wknd city break with 2 friends in Nov. We booked a 2 bedroom Apt at Residence Florence and was surprised by how huge it was! We could have fit twice as many people in it. there were conveniently 2 toilets in apt, and the beds were so comfortable!! The Residence Florence is located in the lovely shopping area of Avenue Louise. At night the area is a little dead, but it's a short cab ride to central area. The reception staff at night was amazing, Luciano went above and beyond to help us find cabs, restaurants, nightclubs, etc...and made sure we felt safe (3 girls exploring the city nightlife). Thank you so much for all your help!! There were 2 floors, separated by a tight spiral staircase, not the easiest to tackle especially with luggage to carry up. The cleanliness of the apt, seemed like it need a good clean...dust in corners, kitchen fridge had weird smell, and shower needed a little sprucing up, but for the most part was fine for us. Unfortunately all the stores are closed on sundays, so if you want to take advantage of the shops, make sure to do this on Saturday and sightsee on the sunday. the markets on sunday were a disappointment, unless you like to sift through well worn clothes and broken trinkets. The Vintage shops on the other hand in Brussels are fabulous. Glad we visited brussels, but not sure we would return. |

Huge, clean, stylish apartment, perfect for a big group! Sleeps more people than the website stated so all 9 of us could have stayed in one apartment rather than 2! |

Spacious, clean and quiet and very close to the Mtro and my conferecne venue. It was very hard to find the correct entrance door to the residence (which was two blocks away from the registration desk in another hotel. Although the hotel charged me 20Euros for breakfast (though first tried to charge 25 Euros until I showed them my booking), for some reason they were unable to provide me with a receipt for it, which I need to reclaim expenses. After some discussion, they promised to e-mail the breakfast receipt to me, but still have not done so. If they fail to do this, I obviously will not use the hotel again. |

I was also among lucky onces who booked one room apartment and got 3 bedroom apartment so it was difficult decision where to sleep :-) Kitchen is really big and well equiped in one of the bathrooms there is also a washing machine so this apartments are really good place to stay in. The apartment was duplex type on the 4th floor - same situation as our own apartment so I felt almost like at home... Furniture in the living room |

Very nice. Large apartment, lots of space. We booked a "two bedroom apartment" for three people, but the apartment did not have two bedrooms. It was a loft style apartment, with a fold out couch (but no bedding!). The bathroom also needs updating. |

Free Wi-Fi was available. The room was huge, far bigger than we expected, very clean and comfortable. Complete privacy. Not enough soap, shampoo, toilet paper. No detergent for the washing mashine. No coffee, sugar, tea etc. And no-one came by to pick up the garbage for 5 whole days |

Large apartment (2 floors with stairs). Modern TV, sterero. Quiet location. Good bed. Kitchen and bathroom a bit old and shabby. Very strange heating and climate in the apartment, which was cold on the bottom floor and very warm on the top floor, where the bed was located. Impossible to lower the heat in the bedroom. |

Really excellent value for money. Housekeeper was very nice and helpful. Ixelles is a very nice and quiet area. Getting to metro station Louise is a 10 minutes walk. A bit of a hassle when it rains. My apartment was at ground level, which was not a problem as far as traffic or noise are concerned; the problem was that -for privacy- you have to keep the heavy curtains shut during the day, thus maling the interior very dark. A simple second set of lighter curtains would do the trick! |

A well resouced studio several streets away from the main hotel, with a bed, kitchen and living area in one room. The toilet and bathroom are separate. Towels and tea towel provided (take your own washing up liquid and sponge.) a convenient location. Free wi-fi (remember to ask for your code when booking in at the hotel). |

A convenient location (an apartment block several streets away from the hotel) with extremely nice facilities. I was upgraded to a three bedroom apartment, and really enjoyed the space and the calm environment. To check out on the last morning, it is necessary to walk back to the hotel to pay and to return the keys. For me, this involved walking with my bags in the opposite direction to my final destination which was a little frustrating. I have asked whether it is possible to check out the night before and leave the keys in the apartment block in the morning, but for the moment this is not possible. It might be worth the hotel considering this option. |

There is a lot of space in the appartement, enough for 3 pairs. The check in is done after 4 o' clock (nothing is mentioned when booking though), so I arrived at the hotel at 12 and I had to wait for 5 hours (because not even at 4 was the apartment ready). Next day I went to ask for a new internet code the front desk did not pay attention much on me (probably because I did not stay at the hotel, but at the apartments) and served customers of the hotel that arrived at the front desk later than me. Though av. Louise is a nice area, the road that the apartments are located is not that nice. |
