Astoria Hotel    

Staff was great. Breakfast was one of the best we had on our 3 week trip. Interesting restaurants nearby.

Hotel in need of a sprucing up. If that is done it's a solid 3 star.

Parking was expensive, Limited parking- if we got there any later we wouldnt have got a parking space Staff did help but acted like they didnt want too

Super breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, at three minutes walking from the center and public transport. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Best price/quality in the whole of Antwerp. I can recommend this hotel to everybody.

The furniture needs some renovation, as well as the lobby bar. And there was no mini bar. I would say that 100 Euro per room is a little bit more than it worth.

big dining room and bountiful breakfast. beds were very comfortable bathroom was wonderful front desk staff were incredible. there always seemed to be two people at the front desk. they really care for their guests

outward appearance is certainly not a landmark building. kind of set as camoflauge with the other buildings. the room had a view of other nearby buildings and that was the back. I'm sure the front rooms simply looked out on the side street and across the wave at other buildings.

Excellent breakfast. We did not try WiFi/Internet, so we can not comment speed of connection, etc.

Walls were a bit dirty in the room and the bathroom door had seen better days, probably just due to age; otherwise, the room was clean. Water pressure in the shower could have been better (we were on the 1st floor).

Very central for what I need, as I go every two months in Antwerp.At a very good price, and relaxing time .thank you Vito

Easy to find, close to city center and train station. Good knowledge of surroundings and gives advice on where to go and what to do and what events are going on at the time. Very friendly staff :)

The temerature settings of the rooms were kind of difficult to change, no further complaints.

Hotel is located right at the Diamond Quarter and the city centre is just behind the corner. The room we stayed in was surprisingly big and comfortable (incl. tea making facilities), breakfast was really excellent.

The only problem we had was the malfunctioning heating in our room, but this was not any issue as we were immediately offered a portable heater or another room. The staff helped us very profesionally. What however remains actual are the room walls, which would badly need to redecorate.

Clean room and Terrace option. The staff were very helpful and provided exceptional customer service! The breakfast was very good! Location was good as well!

The fact that there was not body lotion provided in the room. It was very warm in the hallways and room, but luckily they had a fan. That there was no furniture to fully enjoy the terrace rooms.

Room, and mainly bathroom, out of fashion: old and poor forniture.

The front office service crew were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We felt comfortable asking questions as they made us felt at home. Furthermore the breakfast spread was sumptuous and we enjoyed very much.
