La cortesia dello staff, la posizione strategica, vicino sialla stazione ferroviaria che al centro storico e commerciale di Anversa, la colazione ottima e abbondante.

Abbondante buffet, camera grande e funzionale. Pulizia ottima. Centro facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in circa 20 min.Hotel situato a circa 10 min a piedi dalla stazione. Quartiere tranquillo (posto di polizia vicino perchè si tratta del quartiere "dei diamanti"). La tariffa era conveniente perchè si trattava di un'offerta estiva.

Non avendo con me il mio pc, abbiamo utilizzato quello dell'hotel, a pagamento, con tariffe decisamente care. Al nostro arrivo è stato richiesto il pagamento anticipato per l'intero soggiorno.

Difficoltà di parcheggio e parcheggio loro garage decisamente caro, come in tutta Anversa

La camera era spaziosa e comoda

La ragazza dello staff al check-in e al check-out e' stata rude e fredda, poco cortese e sbrigativa

Camera spaziosa e confortevole. Ottima colazione. Personale disponibile. 10' a piedi dalla stazione.

Postazione internet a pagamento (per chi non possiede wi-fi).

This was my second stay at the Astoria. It in every way mirrored my previous stay in terms of comfort, convenience, courtesy and assistance of staff. The included breakfast is good quality. Its location is excellent.

The facility to buy panini, sandwiches etc and warm them in the microwave oven or toaster found in the reception. Provision of free croissants and free mulled wine. Tea and coffee making facilities ( including free tea, coffee, sugar, creamer) in the room.

The fact that the charge to park the car in the hotel's private car park is exhorbitantly high. Also the fact that it did not have a restaurant.

Location was great and the receptionists were really friendly and very helpful Made are stay really enjoyable

I liked the location, the breakfast was excellent! Over all seems to be well run with a few maintenance issues....

I was given....in my opinion, the worst room in the building. I assume it was because I originally had only booked for one night. I had called ahead a few days earlier to request a second night. If I had not already unpacked and and I did not realize this until that evening when trying to sleep...I Would have requested a room change. It was right over the garage door, which was very noisy when it constantly opened and closed. The "free wi-fi" access didn't reach the (my) rooms...so why bother with free if it is unusable.......just saying, false advertising. The rooms are comfortable, but a bit shabby and worn....the tub in my room was chipped and rusted...the price was reasonable, but it was by far the worst room I had on my trip through Belgium...I Kinda felt taken advantaged of for the price.

Budget priced hotel a couple blocks from the train station (took train to Milan and Michele as day trips and also walked our own luggage to the train station upon departure which saved taxi fare). It's a good value if you're going to be gone most of the day with sight-seeing. Within easy walking to shopping and restaurants. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast included was good. Mini-market nearby.

It is 2 blocks off the main street and outside approach is not "glamorous" due to other buildings around it, but hotel is "modern" looking and well maintained.

I always find the staff extremely friendly and obliging and have never had bad stay in this hotel.

Breakfast selection could be expanded - particularly the pastries

Nice clean room. Smiling, friendly, and welcoming staff. An initial mix- up with our room was sorted quickly and we ended up with a nicer room. Very nice breakfast buffet.

Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room were not renewed after first day of arrival. On enquiry was told it was just an initial "welcome" for guests (although extra tea/coffee/milk etc was freely available if we wanted it)

Very nice hotel ,very good prices ,next to the diamond district,very friendly staff exc. Receptionist Victoria .
