朝食は十分な内容。スタッフの対応も良かった。 部屋の電気が一つ切れていた。観光するためには徒歩で10～15分程度が必要。 |

駐車場をメールで予約したのですが2時にチェックインしてすでにもうすでに一杯と言われました。改装したばかりと書いてあったのに部屋は新しくありません。禁煙の部屋を予約したのにその階全体がタバコ臭かったです。 |

朝食で半熟卵を生から自分で作れるようになっているのは驚きでうれしい。場所が駅に近く便利。 あえて言えば、湯船にお湯を張る時にしっかり閉めてシャワーからも湯が漏れてきて周囲に飛び散ってしまった。パッキンが劣化している? |

Nice quiet hotel and good value. Also the staff were helpful. Breakfast is fine. There was a mosquito problem in our air conditioned room. Maybe the system needs to be thoroughly cleaned? |

Good size of room. Breakfast was excellent both in choice and quantity. Good shower. No bar, but that's my fault for not reading the description correctly. Receptionist (morning) told us the diamond museum was closed Mondays - but it was actually - as stated in the booklet - on Wednesdays. Watch your feet on the doorstop which prevents the door from slamming into the WC but will also spike your foot if you aren't paying attention. |

Good sized rooms. They did not spot mrs mcfarlanes booking was for two people so I ended up without a room, luckily they found one at the 4star keyser who were happy to take me in for the night. The receptionist confirmed all sorted. On arrival at hotel the following day it was still an issue but luckily they had kept a bed for me. |
