Astoria Hotel

レビューを見ていて多少不安ながらも予約をしたが、いざとまってみると快適な部屋でした。少しお風呂の蛇口- が壊れ気味だったぐらいだけど、ほとんど問題なく使えるので「ホテルは寝るだけの施設」という風に考えてい- る人や必要最低限の設備でいいという人にとってはまったく問題のないホテルだと思います。ドライヤーもつい- ているし、チップもいらない（ベルギー自体チップを払わなくていいみたいですが・・）。駅からも近いし、近- くにダイヤモンドを取引するとおりがあることから安全性も高いと思います。

お湯の蛇口が時たま故障気味でしたが、すぐに直りました。朝食の内容はパンかシリアルが主食でハムや卵、ヨ- ーグルトがあるぐらいです。コーヒーやオレンジジュースなんかもあるので大丈夫だと思いますが、朝食は豪華- なものがいいという方は違うホテルか朝だけ外で食べるということをお勧めします。

スタッフが悪かったようだが、チェックイン時に予約が確認できず、プランどおりの金額になるか不安だった（- 結局チェックアウト時は大丈夫でした）

I stayed there for 2 nights overall experience was great. Good staff, good rooms and reasonable breakfast including wireless internet. The lady who checked me in was very helpful, as I arrived late she helped me getting the food delivered.

Although they say American breakfast it is all a vast choice of breads and jams, they need to add atleast scrambled eggs. The hotel is however almost half a km away from the station which was quite a walk with the luggage.

I like the good and clear information at the television. Also the friendly lady of the reception, who helped us to the right directions to park our cars and our needs for the hotel.

Yes, the room my parents stayed in, was at the fifth floor, and I think not the cheapest one of the hotel. We didn't mind, but it was not the best promotion, to see that the door of the clothes cabin was broken. Of course we mentioned it. The respond was good. So again, the sevice was good, but thedelivery of the room was something less.

Convient location to see Antwerp, clean rooms, well priced.

Was a pleasure staying at the Astoria. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location near Central Station. Continental breakfast very generous and tea making facilities in room.
