Promenadavstånd till centralstation, shopping och sevärdheter. Möjlighet till parkering i garage till €17 per dygn, skönt att slippa ha bilen på gatan. Internet på rummet utan extra kostnad. Trevligt, personligt bemötande i receptionen. Jag hade bokat rökfritt rum men rummet hade askkopp och det kändes att det rökts där. Det var nog inte nyligen för det luktade inte särskilt starkt. Det är möjligt att hotellet missat att min bokning gällde rökfritt rum men det störde oss inte tillräckligt mycket för att be om ett annat rum. Begränsat antal p-platser (ca 10) som inte går att förboka. |

Vi fick en svit istället för dubbelrum. Välstädat, tyst. Kallt i sviten fast vi försökte höja temp. Man fick gå runt kvarteret till frukosten. |

The location is good for getting around Antwerp. There was an unacceptable amount of mold in the bathroom. |

This hotel was close to the railway station, within walking distance of the shopping area and old town. The satff were friendly and helpful, and the room was huge for european standards. The breakfast provided a huge choice. A nice touch withthe Manager meeting you at breakfast. |

I stayed there for 2 nights overall experience was great. Good staff, good rooms and reasonable breakfast including wireless internet. The lady who checked me in was very helpful, as I arrived late she helped me getting the food delivered. Although they say American breakfast it is all a vast choice of breads and jams, they need to add atleast scrambled eggs. The hotel is however almost half a km away from the station which was quite a walk with the luggage. |

Location to the centre During my stay, the internet was not working in the room. Just a temporary glitch, but the main issue is the centralised air conditioning... the hotel will either be too hot or too cold for some people, and it cannot be set to give individual temperature zones |

We usually choose the Astoria when we visit Antwerp. It is a great 3* hotel and continues to improve. A more secure method of luggage storage would be good. |

I like the good and clear information at the television. Also the friendly lady of the reception, who helped us to the right directions to park our cars and our needs for the hotel. Yes, the room my parents stayed in, was at the fifth floor, and I think not the cheapest one of the hotel. We didn't mind, but it was not the best promotion, to see that the door of the clothes cabin was broken. Of course we mentioned it. The respond was good. So again, the sevice was good, but thedelivery of the room was something less. |

The hotel is very quiet, about 10 minutes walk from the railwaystation and about 15-20 minutes from the old center. The rooms were very clean. I can recommend this hotel for the price we paid for it (50€/night including breakfast) Unfortunately we didn't figure out how to use the internet service. |
