The surface of the room was above the average of Brussel hotels, tea/coffee facilities available, beds were comfortable. There was a steady noise from outside (a central A/C in the courtyard?) rather annoying despite closed windows. |

The staff were courteous, especially after my booking did not go thru correctly on the web they still found me a room. Rooms quite small and a little overheated. |

Very close to downtown Bruxelles. The Rogier metro stop is in front of the hotel. Silent and comfortable room with tea making facilities. The staff was a bit cold. |

I found the room very comfortable, and even though the large (non-LCD) TV was on the desk in the corner, I was able to work very well at the desk. It wasn't exactly central, but walking up to the Grand Place for a meal took less than 15 minutes. You couldn't get food in the bar. I thought the cost of Internet access was too high; however, this is typical in European hotels, and buying one week's access made it better. |

Good location if you have to do business at the cov/eu. I expected much more from the relaxation suit, however it offers the absolute bare minimum. At least a bath robe and slippers would have been nice. Also the fitness room is so cramped that there is no space to do some yoga training on the floor. |

I liked the fact the hotel was clean and modern and all the facilities such as the lifts, air conditioning system, television sets, door locks etc., worked well. I also appreciated the fact that there was plenty of food to eat in the restaurant at breakfast time. A lot of people were eating their breakfast in the restaurant at the same time and there was a mad rush for the food but there was plenty of food for everyone and plenty of hot and cold refreshments as well. Another plus point - the reception staff could speak good English which was very helpful as I do not speak fluent French. The air conditioning system or heating system made a loud, continuous noise all the time I was in my hotel room. I did not mind this while I was awake but when I tried to sleep, the noise kept me awake all night long, and I found it impossible to sleep. Also, I requested a "wake up call" at 8.00 am but no one bothered to call at all. |

Very good location for my purposes. In general room was fine and the hotel does have a relaxation area. I was very disappointed in the service of this hotel. The staff at the front desk was slow, unfriendly, and management inaccessible. I will not plan to stay at this hotel again unless the rate is simply too good to pass up and I have no other alternatives. Unfortunately, my room was musty and my room did not have a pleasant odor. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned and and tub was clogged. |

Hotel has a good location - 10 min walk to Grand Place and close to several important EU Offices. There are several decent eateries in the vicinity. The rooms were reasonably furnished and Like most Brussels hotels the internet costs are extortionate. The breakfast was fine and there is loads of space so no fighting for chairs. However, there are too few table staff so if you come down at 8 am half the tables are still piled with dirty dishes. |

is perfectly located, right next to shopping centres and restaurants. The scy-scraper building gives the true feeling of big city life. Rooms are nice with a beautiful view. The fitness center is also nice. The service can be at times blunt at the reception, but that depends on the person in service |

The hotel is located just at the beginning of the shopping street and just 10 minutes walk (~1Km) form the Grand Place. Staff was not always very nice and patient. |

Central location close to shopping centre and within easy reach of the metro and train stations . Quite good breakfast but could be a bit more varied . Rather under-staffed at the reception desk especially for check-in and check-out . Not too friendly and somewhat expensive internet service . Free WiFi servic(password) expected from this category of hotel . |

At the reception they're not very well organized (queues and loss of time). The rooms are small, with lamps either not working or hanging out of the wall. |
