the staff were very friendly, the parking was easy, even though there should be a sign on the payment machine to say that there is a limit of time to use the tlcket.the breakfast was excellant. overall a great experience. will be recommending. only the parking attendant who is not employed by the hotel |

The room and bathroom were of fair size, good location, fair breakfast. The weather was hot, but the window did not open and it was impossible to use A/C beacuse of terrible noise it made. Very hot and stuffy. Impossible to sleep well.No wifi in the room, only expensive iBahn |

It is at the centre of the city with the Metro very close by. Restaurants are close by as is the shopping area - which is just 2 streets away. It is also a very safe area to stay in. |

It is close to the Station and to the main shopping streets. Only a few Metro stops to the Commission buildings. Room comfortable. I had no shower gel in my room. The bathroom could have been cleaner - the shower curtain was not as clean as I would have wished. |

The Room facilities were fairly good and included a kettle, an unusual phonmenon these days. The location has good travel links, restaurants and shopping nearby. Complementary leisure facilities. The staff were a bit "cold" although nice. I was not able to resolve a legitimate query satisfactorily. Breakfast choice for vegetarians restricted. No tea pots provided thus increasing waste. |

Breakfast was good. The location was most suited for our purpose. On our second day, when we returened to the hotel at 15 hours, our room was not serviced. We had to ask for it. Within 20 minutes, the room was made ready for us. It was acceptable. No problem! |

The Staff pleasant and very helpful - the location is very convenient for seing/getting to all parts of Brussels The staff have a massive ability to render breakfast less than appealing. The staff are helpful, the food is fine - but the presentation is poor |

breakfast and comfort no reasoanable cost internet facility available for guests who do not have computer. Business centre is expensive if I only wanted to check my e-mails.....ie 10 mins ! |
