Pidimme kuntosalista sekä aamiaisesta. Kylpyhuoneen suihkusta ei tullut muuta kuin kuumaa vettä. Tilanne ei muuttunut 20 min. vedenjuoksutuksen jälkeenkään. Hotellien keskellä oleva pieni aukio on päihteiden käyttäjien aluetta. Eritteiden haju on tyrmäävä. |

Hotelli huoneeni oli todella korkealla, 24 krs., joten näkymä oli hieno. Helppo löytää ja parkkeeraus oli selvästi ohjeistettu. Lisäksi aamiainen oli monipuolinen. Saunan lattia oli tulikuuma. Jalat savusivat. Lisäksi suomalaisena kummastutti, ettei sähkökiukaaseen saanut heittää vettä?!!! Vähän turhan kuivat löylyt. |

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Saunassa oli kuiva ja kuuma. Kiukaalle veden heittämisen kieltäminen on käsittämätöntä, sillä sähkökiukaassa on aina hyvät vesieristeet. |

Loistava sijainti, yleiset tilat vastasivat hotellin tähtiluokitusta, mutta huoneista antaisin 3 tähteä. Aamiainen oli todella monipuolinen. Huonekoko melko pieni ja kokolattiamatto epäsiisti, seinänvieruksia ei oltu imuroitu aikoihin, muuten ihan ok. |

A position of the hotell was great. There was nice personell at the breakfast and at the reception too. Reception had only two persons and that made service a bit slow. Breakfast was cold and room was not so clean. |

Keskeinen sijainti erityisesti liikenneyhteyksien kannalta. Ulkoa kantautuva hälytysajoneuvojen melu, jota voisi ratkaisevasti pienentää paremmin ääntäeristävillä ikkunoilla. Kallis remontti, mutta minä en tule tähän hotelliin, kun yöunet keskeytyvät useasti sireenin huutoon. |

the staff were very friendly, the parking was easy, even though there should be a sign on the payment machine to say that there is a limit of time to use the tlcket.the breakfast was excellant. overall a great experience. will be recommending. only the parking attendant who is not employed by the hotel |

The room and bathroom were of fair size, good location, fair breakfast. The weather was hot, but the window did not open and it was impossible to use A/C beacuse of terrible noise it made. Very hot and stuffy. Impossible to sleep well.No wifi in the room, only expensive iBahn |

It is at the centre of the city with the Metro very close by. Restaurants are close by as is the shopping area - which is just 2 streets away. It is also a very safe area to stay in. |

It is close to the Station and to the main shopping streets. Only a few Metro stops to the Commission buildings. Room comfortable. I had no shower gel in my room. The bathroom could have been cleaner - the shower curtain was not as clean as I would have wished. |

The Room facilities were fairly good and included a kettle, an unusual phonmenon these days. The location has good travel links, restaurants and shopping nearby. Complementary leisure facilities. The staff were a bit "cold" although nice. I was not able to resolve a legitimate query satisfactorily. Breakfast choice for vegetarians restricted. No tea pots provided thus increasing waste. |
