fekvése, reggeli , recepció személyzete udvarias, gyors Érkezésünkkor a fürdőszobában tömény cigarettafüst volt. Valaki pár perccel előtte nyomta el csikket a mosdóban és még a cigarettás dobozt is ott hagyta. Szellőztetni képtelenség volt, ablak hozzáférhetetlenül nyithatatlan. A két matrac egymás tetejére pakolva , mintegy vízágyként viselkedett , mondhatni nem túl kényelmes alvást biztosítva. |

A hotel elhelyezkedése a központtól néhány perc sétára található. Közeli metróállomás segíti az egyéb látnivalók megközelítését is. Csodálatos a panoráma a 29. emeleti szaunából. Akció nélkül az ár/értékarány eltúlzott! |

Központi hely, volt szauna is. Nem volt ingyenes WIFI, háromszor is bezárták központilag a szobám ajtaját tévedésből, ezért újra a recepcióra kellett menni.A szálláson Biblia helyett Buddha tanításai voltak. |

The location is great, near Brussels Nord, which is good for Eurostar + airport connections. My bathroom was shabby, the room was very small and noisy. They're still blocking money on my credit card, although I paid in cash and checked out a few days ago. |

The surface of the room was above the average of Brussel hotels, tea/coffee facilities available, beds were comfortable. There was a steady noise from outside (a central A/C in the courtyard?) rather annoying despite closed windows. |

Wasn't far from the train station. Beds were comfortable. Wasn't the luxury that I had expected when I booked. Too expensive. Only good for a bed, no personal touch to the hotel. |

Very close to downtown Bruxelles. The Rogier metro stop is in front of the hotel. Silent and comfortable room with tea making facilities. The staff was a bit cold. |

I found the room very comfortable, and even though the large (non-LCD) TV was on the desk in the corner, I was able to work very well at the desk. It wasn't exactly central, but walking up to the Grand Place for a meal took less than 15 minutes. You couldn't get food in the bar. I thought the cost of Internet access was too high; however, this is typical in European hotels, and buying one week's access made it better. |

Good location if you have to do business at the cov/eu. I expected much more from the relaxation suit, however it offers the absolute bare minimum. At least a bath robe and slippers would have been nice. Also the fitness room is so cramped that there is no space to do some yoga training on the floor. |

I liked the fact the hotel was clean and modern and all the facilities such as the lifts, air conditioning system, television sets, door locks etc., worked well. I also appreciated the fact that there was plenty of food to eat in the restaurant at breakfast time. A lot of people were eating their breakfast in the restaurant at the same time and there was a mad rush for the food but there was plenty of food for everyone and plenty of hot and cold refreshments as well. Another plus point - the reception staff could speak good English which was very helpful as I do not speak fluent French. The air conditioning system or heating system made a loud, continuous noise all the time I was in my hotel room. I did not mind this while I was awake but when I tried to sleep, the noise kept me awake all night long, and I found it impossible to sleep. Also, I requested a "wake up call" at 8.00 am but no one bothered to call at all. |
