エグゼクティブルームなのに 部屋の掃除が悪かったです。 前の人の下着が残っていました。シャワールームの床がほこりだらけでした。 チェックアウトの時 宿泊料に間違いがありました。 |

ホテルの立地は北駅から徒歩５分くらいで良かった。とても大きなホテルで、内装もきれいだった。またアイロン室などもあり、便利。朝食込みの値段で部屋では快適に過ごせるので、このホテルは経済的だと思う。 大型ホテルにもかかわらず受付が２人しかおらず、受付に時間がかかった。また飛行場までバスか鉄道で行こうと行き方を聞いたが、ホテルで手配するタクシーしか教えてくれず、それ以上の対応をしてくれなかった。受付の人はあまり親切ではなかった。 |

大きなホテルですが、掃除が行き届いており、非常に清潔です。北駅、またはRogierの地下鉄駅から近く、非常に便利な場所にあります。部屋は静かで快適でした。 |

Close to city centre and shops. Excellent cooked breakfast, wide choice. Air conditioned rooms. Comfortable beds. Room small, little hanging space. Housekeeping could be better. Although tea making facilities were provided in room kettle was missing. TV did not work [ no batteries in remote ]. Internet access expensive as well as pay per view films [ 12.50 euros per film ]. |

the staff were very friendly, the parking was easy, even though there should be a sign on the payment machine to say that there is a limit of time to use the tlcket.the breakfast was excellant. overall a great experience. will be recommending. only the parking attendant who is not employed by the hotel |

The room and bathroom were of fair size, good location, fair breakfast. The weather was hot, but the window did not open and it was impossible to use A/C beacuse of terrible noise it made. Very hot and stuffy. Impossible to sleep well.No wifi in the room, only expensive iBahn |

It is at the centre of the city with the Metro very close by. Restaurants are close by as is the shopping area - which is just 2 streets away. It is also a very safe area to stay in. |
