Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre

フロントの対応が悪く、何事も要領が悪かった。

エキストラベッドのリクエストに対して直接メールでご案内をいただき　チェックインはスムーズでした。部屋も広い部屋をご用意していただけました。　北駅にも、観光地にも近く満足でした。

部屋にはバスローブが一人分のみで　リクエストしないと人数分のタオルが用意されない。

部屋は広いし、30階近くあるので眺めがいい部屋もある。ミニバーと自動販売機は高いので、近くのデパート- 地下のスーパーで買う方がいい。

スタッフが少ないので、チェックインに時間が少しかかる。チェックアウトは早い。

Good room

The staff at the reseption was not enought, very big hotel, with only 2 or 3 persons, very difficult to have information. In case you need to use computer( inernet) they have only one pc you have to wait for a long time.

The location is great, near Brussels Nord, which is good for Eurostar + airport connections.

My bathroom was shabby, the room was very small and noisy. They're still blocking money on my credit card, although I paid in cash and checked out a few days ago.

I liked the location of the hotel and I liked the possibility to relax in the sauna on the top floor of the hotel.

The surface of the room was above the average of Brussel hotels, tea/coffee facilities available, beds were comfortable.

There was a steady noise from outside (a central A/C in the courtyard?) rather annoying despite closed windows.

Good location. Functional rooms. Iron and ironning board in the room.

Expensive internet access.

Receptionists were very kind.

Quite close to the North station

Very kindly staff, excellent location, a good point for start to go to shopping or city trip.

I found the room very comfortable, and even though the large (non-LCD) TV was on the desk in the corner, I was able to work very well at the desk. It wasn't exactly central, but walking up to the Grand Place for a meal took less than 15 minutes.

You couldn't get food in the bar. I thought the cost of Internet access was too high; however, this is typical in European hotels, and buying one week's access made it better.
