The first room I was sent to was 'out of action'. The new room was dirty, there was a child's soiled clothing in the bathroom, there was pen stains on the furniture and the carpet was heavily stained. The reception on the TV was awful. I tried to book a film but it did not work. The room was quite small and this was an upgraded room. The restaurant was closed for the summer. |

The hotel was welcoming and clean. Our room was perfect with a brilliant view. The staff were extremely helpful. I would most definitely stay here again. I can't speak highly enough about it. |

rooms are well-furnished, and in a good state air-conditioning was not functioning well - a long-standing problem at this hotel which does not appear to be solved for all rooms. The separate rate quoted for breakfast means that hotel rates are not as attractive as they seem. |

Friendly helpful staff, good location Telephone and drinks unit did not work and could not be repaired. But staff helpful and offerred another room, but by that time had a long call on the mobile to another country (2 short ones as a result of discovering defect on telephone). |

The location was excellent. Across the street was pizza hut and a nice restaurant next door. The mall is also right across the street. The person at the front desk charged my CC two times for different amounts. And it put that amount on hold for over 4 days. |
