The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, was clean and tidy, is big enough for 2 people - it says 4, but I think you'd be struggling, and has a beautiful sea view from the balcony. We hadn't been to Ostend before, but enjoyed our few days as the weather was unusually warm in April, 2011 The free parking is too far away to carry all your belongings to and from, so you have to pay for nearby underground parking which is 14.50 euros per day, and this adds a huge chunk to the cost of the holiday. Bed linen and towels are not supplied, so you have to bring your own. All this information was not given in the description

Het appartement was goed gelegen. Het rechtstreeks contact met de eigenaar i.v.m. de sleutel was prettig. De inrichting was erg sober wat betreft keukenspullen en verlichting. De rest was prima. Tip: vermeld in de advertentie dat het linnengoed niet is inbegrepen!

El departamento estaba en perfectas condiciones de mantenimiento y uso y la vista desde la ventana era excelente, el equipamiento del mismo en optimas condiciones Hubo un problema con el ascensor lo cual dificultó el acceso al departaemnto el cual se hallava en el 6 piso

Bel appartement au 7è étage, résidence calme, très propre, belle vue sur la plage d'Oostende et la jetée. Face à la digue/plage et à 5 min à pieds des rues commerçantes. Idéal pour séjour de quelques jours avec 1-2 enfants Seuls bémols: 1) le parking (3 Euro/4h) - très peu de parking gratuits - et évidemment souvent occupés... 2) la chambre avec 2 lits individuels de 1,90 mètre environ... donc compliqué pour les très grands... :) Mais le canapé lit est très confortable!

Très belle vue et très bonne situation. Propriétaire sympathique. Appartement 1 chambre (2 lits simples) avec canapé lit dans salon. !!Accès dans la salle de douche via la chambre!! On y retournera probablement!

goede locatie, kijkt vanaf de zevende verdieping uit op helft flatgebouw (niet mooi), maar ook helft strand/zee (wel mooi), prima dus. Er staat nu een steiger bij het gebouw maar die zal wel weer verdwijnen. Ligt redelijk rustig, geen horeca in het gebouw aangezien het geen hotel is maar een prive-appartement. Let wel daarom op afwijkende checkin/uit tijden. Maar voor de rest van alle gemakken voorzien (inc keuken) en voor ons leuke uitvalsbasis op minuut lopen vanaf het strand. Vergeet eigen linnengoed/handdoeken niet, het is geen hotel dus.

het uitzicht was geweldig het apparttement was netjes en schoon jammer dat voor de ingang een renovatie plaats vond en daardoor moeilijk na binnen kon maar ja dat moet ook een keer gebeuren

het appartement was prima voor 3 volwassenen; groot genoeg, schoon en goed bereikbaar. we misten alleen een koffiezetapparaat; er stond nergens vermeld dat er een senseo aanwezig zou zijn mooi uitzicht op zee, jammer dat er zoveel bouwactiviteiten waren; het strand was daardoor moeilijker te bereiken

Prachtige ligging op de dijk, spijtig van de werkzaamheden voor de deur zodat we 's morgens om 6u gewekt werden door lawaaierige kraan.Zeer behulpzame en vriendelijke meneer die ervoor zorgt dat alles prima ge regeld is en steeds bereikbaar is.

Séjour dans la région très agréable mais pas sur ostende en travaux. Mais situation de l'appartement en pleine zone de travaux (promenade en travaux)(meme la nuit) et travaux sur la façade de l'immeuble contigu) obturant en partie la vue et travaux des ouvriers dés 8h30 le matin!!!!

het appartement ligt heel centraal voor zowel de boulevard als de winkelstratenin de buurt zijn veel leuke restaurantje voor het Japanse restaurant aan de boulevard was heel erg goed een aantal punten vielen behoorlijk tegenhet appartement bevindt zich op de 7e etage en bij aankomst bleek de lift defect deze bleef nog 2,5 niet te gebruiken totdat deze gerepareerd was, de matras van de slaapbank was ronduit vies ook de matrasbeschermer en het laken waren vies, 's nachts werd aan de pier gewerkt dit was min of meer voor het appartement en gaf erg veel lawaai (er werden steeds bakken vol rotsblokken met een hijskraan versleept en deze vielen met een enorme klap) het balkon op de 7e was uitermate onveilig we hebben de kinderen verboden deze te betreden

L'accueil du propriétaire est chaleureux et dynamique (conseils sur les restaurants du coin, ...). L'appartement est très confortable : une chambre claire avec deux lits (effectivement pas très long, grands adultes s'abstenir!!) donnant sur une salle de bain avec douche. Le séjour est spacieux, la cuisine bien équipée (micro onde, plaques électriques, senseo, ...), le canapé lit est très confortable et donne sur la baie vitrée '(petite terrasse) avec vue sur la mer, la plage (en travaux encore pour l'instant) et le va et vient des bateaux du port. Malheureusement pas de parking gratuit, il faut se garer au parking de la gare : 14 euros la journée.
