Quiet and quaint area. Room very clean and comfortable with lots of room. Food was pleantiful and tasty. Staff and owners kind, courtious and friendly! We liked it so much, we came back a few days later. |

Very peaceful hotel not far from Ghent. Restaurants nearby are expensive and only snack available at the hotel. Eat a good lunch elsewhere. Difficult to find, unless you print out a good map first. |

De ligging/omgeving van het hotel is top. Receptie/bediening is top en ook het ontbijt is top. Netheid van de kamers is ok. Als ik een cijfer mag geven: een 8,5! Een iets moderner inrichting zou nu wel mogen. Duidelijk is nu wel te zien dat de "tand des tijds" gaat meetellen. |

Vriendelijke, persóonlijke ontvangst, zeer bijzonder hotel als gebouw. Kamers allen in kasteelachtige sfeer. Badkamer zelfs met bidet! Mooi klassieke vormgeving/ inrichting van de kamers: past bij het hotel. Laatste dag beneden in de grote zaal onbeten: wat een grandeur!! De onbijtkamer op de 1e verdieping was overigens wel klein, maar goed genoeg, vooral omdat niet iedereen tegelijk onbijt. In commentaren van andere reizigers werd hierover geklaagd. Tja.. Rijk gevarieerd ontbijt! Fietsen in de omgeving: prima!! Fietsen konden in garage worden gestald. Door de keuze van "klassieke" bedden ook helaas voor mijn 1.90 meter lange partner klassieke maat: nl 1.90 meter lang bed. Breed 140cm op zich minder bezwaarlijk, voor anderen wellicht wel?! |

Het onthaal en het ontbijt waren zeer verzord. De ligging midden de natiuur is mooi. INdien dit kan gezegd worden: het hotel is aan verniewing toe.Bij de afrekening werkte het electronisch systeem niet. |

Der Empfang war selten gut, man hat gleich das Gefühl zu Hause anzukommen. Gastlichkeit wird sehr groß geschrieben, man ist mehr als bemüht. Besser geht es eigentlich garnicht. |
