Good hotel with normal comfort just good for a few days to visit Antwerp. We booked a double room and received a large family room. Breakfast was ok for a one or two star hotel. For a three star i just expect a little more but all i ate was good so did not left hungry. |

Immediately across from train station, and although a few dodgy characters as with any train station in area, close enough to have plenty of people around and safe. Although I had the smallest single room, it was clean and comfortable. The hotel is right near the end of the long and posh pedestrian shopping street that starts at Central Station and runs down about 1 mile to the old center of Antwerp. Easy and comfortable walk, but may be a bit long for elderly. Definitly a good bargain, and decent breakfast. All public areas were very clean and other guests of all ages seemed to be having a good time. A good solid 2 star hotel with plain and simple rooms, but with cleanliness and service of a good solid 3 star. A bit noisy on wkends |

The hotel is directly across the street from the train station, just a few minutes from lots of great restaurants, sights and the opera house. My room was small, but had everything I needed including a very modern bathroom. Breakfast was great! It was a bit noisy and even though I was in a non-smoking room, there was still an ashtray on the table and a vague smell of cigarettes. |

Very friendly staff, at night and during the day as well. Clean and cosy room with silent environnement. Breakfast was ok too. Just in front of the Antwerp train station. Highly recommended for anyone looking a more than decent rate for a great value chamber topped with a quality staff. |

The location of the hotel is right across from the central train station. It is about a 10/15 minute walk to the Old Town and bars and restuarants and a 5 minute walk to the main shopping street. The room was not clean at all. There were bugs on the ceiling, dirty towels in our bathroom and a musty, dank smell. We spent as little time as possible in the room. |

Its central location The breakfast was OK, but disappointing. Tho' I did expect a better 'spread' i.e. due to the Franco-Dutch influence i.e. croissants, waffles etc. |

Breakfast included w/ availability until 10h.30. Ability to leave luggage for a couple of hours after checkout. Helpful front desk & other staff. Broken mirror in lift. Not so prominent entrance as seen from along Pelikanstr. |

The fact that they had a place to park bicycles in the midst of the town. The fact that the staff volunteered apologies for the noise created by a group of customers. Especialy on Saturdays one can hit groups of noisy guests. |

The staff were very helpful at all times, and checked us in quickly despite a long Queue of people in front of us, Amazing location, opposite the station and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see, and for the price, the room was large and clean and good for us four girls - thanks! |

The hotel is located right in front of the train station which makes it an ideal place to stay. The hotel is clean and very well managed. We arrived early and they accomodated! Breakfast was basic but that's what one would expect. The only thing was the size of the bed which is too small! |

Reception staff were very friendly and happy to please by doing something extra, like speaking German or giving extra advice on sightseeing. Being very central and budget, there can be noise from traffic and/or other hotel guests who like to party. |

New comfortable rooms, cheap and good staff. Moskitos, but I think all Antwerp has this problem. |

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Perfect! Yes, the room was small with just a twin bed but what more does one person need? Just a place to shower, sleep, and change clothes and this place serves that purpose perfectly. The way the tv is mounted on the wall it is almost impossible to watch without standing up but, to be fair, who's really there to watch tv? |

Clean comfortable room, with breakfast at reasonable cost. Warmer welcome at reception would have been appreciated as we are not used to paying for our stay on arrival. Evening eating seemed costly or just poor value. Somew drinks very over priced. Ricard E2 in town bar, about E6 at hotel. |

The hotel is right across the street from the central train station which is very nice when you arrive by train, however, when the window is open in your room it makes it very noisy. The two large windows were fixed so that they would not open much - only about six inches. It was summer and the thermometer we had read that the room was over 90 degrees F. We asked for a fan but the hotel had none. We did not stay the second nite. |
