The hotel is less than 1 minute from Antwerp central station.Breakfast was standard but good.

I found the price per night too expensive for what we got. This was below our expectation for a 3 star hotel.

Location was perfect, across the street from central station. The room seemed clean and sheets looked fresh.

Front desk staff was terrible. Rude woman who checked us in, insisted on a printed copy of the booking reservation. She was unwilling to check her computer system. The wireless internet was not working and she insisted it was an issue with my phone. Cleaning lady was vacuuming the whole time and pushing the vacuum against our luggage until we moved it. Once we were finally checked in, she had someone reset the modem an internet was working. We again had an issue with the internet later in the evening and front desk said he could not do anything about it. The room was basic but clean. The sink was plugged, the front desk sent someone to attempt to fix but she had no luck clearing the sink. We had to use the bathtub to wash our hands and brush our teeth since there was no other rooms available. Tub only, no stand up shower. Luckily we did get a decent nights rest. We had to catch a train very early the next morning. Our older sons stayed for breakfast and said they had no issue checking out.

The location is perfect for those using metro/train. Access to shopping district in few minutes walking.

The room for 3 was weirdly designed as a long rectangle. The fixtures and furniture are old. There are no curtains on the shower so the whole bathroom floods. The Internet was not working in our room.

There was no hairdryer in the room. The wifi connection was unstable.

The Hotel is well situated and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and efficient.The rooms are excellent value .

The cafeteria for breafast was a little dissapointing as it felt more like a canteen . Breakfast was very good

- A bit expensive for what it was: an average, basic hotel experience - Bed was very soft, which is not good for my (injured) back - Noise level was loud at times. It seems like a lot of high school trips pass through there.

Localization is well ,the brakfast is simple but is ok ,the room have exelente calefacion get Very warm the room!

It is expansive for what they offer,This hotel is not allowed smoke if you are smoker do not look for This hotel.

Location is great just next to central station and staff were welcoming.

The location was highly convenient, the service friendly and efficient.

The room was the smallest on the floor, judging by the official plan, but - contrary to that plan - was outfitted with a large bed, making it impossible to walk from entry to toilet; I had to shuffle sideways. Also, the level of street noise was high, making earplugs necessary.

Not soundproofed at all. We were bothered repeatedly by noisy guests. Breakfast inedible -- the "orange juice" was some kind of horrid powder mixed with water and coffee was undrinkable.

Good location by railway station. Very clean and presentable

For a railway station hotel this more than exceeded my expectations. Location was why I booked and being across the road from the Pelikanstraat exit from Antwerpen Central suited me perfectly. Check-in was swift and friendly. Room was spacious and immaculately clean with everything I needed including a handy workdesk. WiFi was spot-on and breakfast, even when it was busy, was kept well-topped-up with plenty of choices. All-round a very good hotel for the money.

Good location. It's just in front of the central station. It takes 15-20mins to walk to the city centre, but this hotel has enough restaurants and fast food stores and shopping centre around. Also, the room was very clean with good facilities. And good Breakfast!

I could hear some noise from the big street in front of the hotel even though my room was on the 7th floor. It didn't affect on my sleep, but I dont know about rooms on lower levels.

great location,just near the center railway station.

The location was fantastic. I was travelling with my grandma so I didn't want to have to walk very much. Good transport links. Comfortable beds.

One of the radiator s was not working so the room stayed very cold all night.
