Location is brilliant for travel by train to/from the Central Station. Nice bad, fast wifi.

Very small room, not good silens.

Breakfast, the rooms are not well isolated (easy to ear people in other rooms...)

Room too small, bad staff services, can't keep their agreements so I wouldn't even recommend it to my enemy. Too overpriced even if it was peak season.Directions not too clear to the hotel.

Hotel was close to the main railway station at antwerp ideal if arriving by train,very clean and tidy,good selection for breakfast,overall very good value for the money,will book again mext time in antwerp

The staff was really helpful and friendly and location perfect accross the street from Train station

I found the room not extremely clean and the temperature at the restaurant was incredibly cold !

I like its family room and breakfast, its warm and sufficient for us all. Walking distant to central station and stretch of shopping and food outlets and convenient stores. Beautiful buildings especially the Cathedral.

It was a good location and close to railway station. The only thing was it could do with tea/coffee in the rooms. We only had to phone reception once when we had a lot of noise, of which the hotel did offer to move us, but we thought we would stay where we were as the noise stopped after 15 mins of phoning reception. Apart from that hotel was clean and tidy and we liked the hotel and would stay there again

The location was excellent. Having taxis right outside also helped.

The breakfast wasn't very diverse. They need more fruits, vegetables, eggs, etc.

Availability of breakfast in hotel incl. In room rate. All very friendly & knowledgeable (directions about town) front desk staff. Rooms feel very clean & bright.

Tv too high up on wall; caused pain in neck to view from bed.

Location and price are good. It's a perfect place to crash for the night at. Rooms are a bit dark, but comfy. Wifi generally works, but is not sized for more tech people hanging around.

Staff was very friendly, but inflexible. That's the first hotel where I was refused to get the invoice the evening before, even though the room was paid at 100% on day one. As you can guess - the procedure in the morning didn't take '10 seconds' as explained. It's good that we've left enough buffer not to miss the train. They tried also to present us with a higher price than the reservation was booked on. However I account that more on the lack of experience in the staff rather than on a purposefull intent.
