1) Definitely, staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. 2) Free fitness club 1) The square was very noisy. 2) No iron services in the hotel which is unbelievable for a 4* star hotel.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The interior was outdated and in bad taste. The chairs in thebreakfast room were beyond hope. The square is very noisy, even at night (screaming, talking and music untill 3 a.m.

Le calme de la chambre quand on est à l'arrière.Chambre spacieuse et confortable.Serviettes de bain en suffisance. Petit-déjeuner complet . Une petite bouilloire complèterait l'équipement de la chambre.Difficulté de connection à internet .

Accueil et service impeccable, chambre et SDb spacieuses et propre. Le désordre apparent à l'entrée et réception donne une première impression négative injustifiée en raison de la qualité du service et du confort bien présent

Personnel attentif a l attente du client . Petit dejeuner tres complet . La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas . La place devant l hotel est tres bruyante donc impossible d ouvrir les fenetres pour dormir au calme.

Dés l'arrivée, l'accueil . Proposition immédiate d'une solution parking. Ensuite la rapidité des petites formalités d'entrée. La très grande satisfaction lors de la découverte de la chambre. La propreté, l'agencement des commodités, la chaleur de la décoration et la perfection dans la salle de bains. Le confort du lit lié à sa grandeur et à son matelas. Enfin, le soir le restaurant avec le service très agréable et le matin un excellent petit-déjeuner buffet. A noter également l'extrême courtoisie de la Directrice et la gentillesse du personnel. Je recommande vivement cette étape. Merci à vous

Nous sommes venus à La Louvière pour participer au Carnaval. Nous avons été superbement accueillis par tout le personnel de l'hôtel qui était très serviable et très souriant. Chambre très confortable et très propre. Petit déjeuner très bien servi et très varié. Hôtel à recommander !

Suite spacieuse et confortable, décorée avec goût. Présence d'une baignoire spa. Déjeuner traditionnel et copieux, servi en chambre. Un seul défaut : l insonorisation (chambre proche des ascenseurs et donnant sur la place de l'église).
