Die Ausstattung und Ausstrahlung des Hotels und die einmalige Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Vorzügliches Restaurant im Hause. Öffnungszeiten des Schwimmbades könnten morgens erweitert werden. |

gute Lage, gute Parkplätze, der Pool ist ein Witz 4x5 m und war bei unserem Aufenthalt sinnigerweise bis 10 Uhr geschlossen. |

The location is great and the hotel is very beautiful. The superior room was also very nice decorated. When we arrived we were given a small ugly room which shared a door with the next room. When we complained we were given a very nice room. This is not serious. Heating was off the first night, it was turned on only when we asked it. Breakfast 30 euro per person! Baby cot made without the hard mattress! The positive thing: all complaints were satisfied immediately. |

The hotel was fabulous and very romantic for a couple. It was in a great location and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our room was very luxurious and had great views of the city. Also. the leisure facilities were lovely. |

A classy hotel situated in the perfect spot in Brugge An administration / paperwork charge of €5 per person is added because we booked through Booking.com. Parking is€25 per car - cheaper to park on the street ! Morning staff were very rude and slow. The only option for breakfast was a €30 per person for a champagne breakfast - not suitable for a business trip. |

Beautiful, tasteful decoration. Chandeliers in some of the rooms. The pool area is small, but has a nice (albeit small) indoor pool, whirlpool jacuzzi and sauna. Note: the pool is deep; not great for small children. Best location -- on a main canal between the Market and the museums. We travel extensively and this hotel is one of our favorites. Charge for breakfast (and food and drinks in general) was high. We opted to eat all our meals in the city. |
