Location excellent as were the staff. The newer executive rooms had bathrooms that looked stylish but not good to use, also €30 breakfast was the only one available hence had breakfast outside of hotel which was no problem and more interesting. |

The staff were extremely helpful, and pleasant. Our requests were met, lovely view from window. This hotel is lovely for special occasions On a negative note, this hotel is not somewhere you could book at the last minute, for a quick break away. Its fairly expensive, the breakfast is extremely expensive and the parking adds further costs. we stayed in room 231, which was a lovely large room, however, the shower was over the bath and it was difficult not to get water everywhere, because there was no shower curtain. |

Very friendly staff, great location, and nice rooms if you book the upgraded ones with view on the canal. The bathroom was not very clean which was quite a shame. |

The room was large and very well furnished with a scenic view of the canal. The front desk personnel (especially Vanessa, Charlotte, and Wim) were extremely personable, professional, and helpful with good suggestions for restaurants and places to see. We could not have made a better choice. The cost of the breakfast seemed very high, so we did not eat there although we would have liked to do so. |

Second stay here. Wonderful location and lovely hotel. Its the perfect get away for a stay in Brugges. Parking of Euro 25/night is expensive. You would be better to us nearby public parking for about half this. |

This is a truly exceptional hotel in a great location. The staff were outstanding, flexible, helpful, efficient - the room was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and the whole experience was a joy. Highly recommended. |

The location is great and the hotel is very beautiful. The superior room was also very nice decorated. When we arrived we were given a small ugly room which shared a door with the next room. When we complained we were given a very nice room. This is not serious. Heating was off the first night, it was turned on only when we asked it. Breakfast 30 euro per person! Baby cot made without the hard mattress! The positive thing: all complaints were satisfied immediately. |
