Very welcoming and comfortable hotel. Staff and room were all excellent. Easy location to get to and for exploring Bruges. Just a 2 minute walk from the Markt where the Centrum local bus dropped us off (2eur each). Loved the blazing fire in the lounge and the steam sauna for warming up on a cold day!

It was unfortunate we didn't get to have breakfast in the lovely hotel. At 25eur each it did not seem a good option for our eating preference. An ala carte room service menu would of been nice since all we wanted was coffee and fruit; however, the room service breakfast menu was 30eur each. There are plenty of breakfast options within 2 - 5 minutes walk though!

Excellent room, with terrific canal view. Hotel location perfect. Hotel staff were very helpful and the bar/snug area was wonderful. Pool/Spa area was also good.

Nothing, everything was great.

Upon arrival the booked room was not available even if the reservation was received. The staff offered first an unsuitable room and after two more changes in rooms they gave us a suitable accomodation. The following day the booked room was made available as reserved.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They guided us with city's main attractions and recommended good restaurants. The hotel is a small boutique hotel - very quiet, peaceful. The room was very pretty - perfect balance between classic and modern. The bed was so comfortable that we struggled to get out of it the next day! We stayed one night but it was a great experience. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Wood floors and no window treatments which is good for allergies.

We got an excellent deal on the room through booking.com, the room was absolutely beautiful and the the hotel was in a great location. Everything was very clean, and the pool/sauna were very nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

Prices vary greatly with the seasons. If you stay off-season you'll get incredible value for your money. This is an excellent hotel, perfectly situated, very atmospheric.

Willingness and cooperation to please/assist from all staff members.. Extreme comfort and space within rooms..beautiful surroundings.. lovely linen and homely comforts..very quiet and peaceful..extremely well situated within the city..will return..

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very clean room with a great shower and bath. Loved the sauna and pool. The bar was very inviting and we were able to meet some of the other guests in this hotel. Loved the history of the hotel told to us by one very nice staff member. We did not have a canal view but I really don't think this matters. Would definitely come back soon.

There was one staff member that was rude and told me to take my dog to the room. Everyone in the bar was not bothered by my dog and we met quite a few people because of him so I was upset when he said that because of the other guests we had to take him back to the room. But honestly, I have run into people like him before so it would not change my mind to come back.

Historical treasure in the perfect spot.....this hotel was beautiful and comfortable-loved the wood floors and the location. We had a room overlooking the canal on the third floor. The hotel was quiet and lovely with helpful friendly staff. I highly recommend De Tuilerieen!

Breakfast overpriced....complimentary tea or coffee would be nice! Bar/lounge area could be updated...elevator was a welcome sight, but didn't fit the feel of the rest of the place....these were minor compared to the overall experience!
