Town center location and easy to find. Room well decorated and very tastefull as well as comfortable Reception in different location to one indicated which involves going upstairs then back down to obtain key. No indication where breakfast room is and shower flooded all over the bathroom into the bedroom – twice and not fixed.

A well appointed room, superior furnishes, possibility of jacuzzi, an excellent meal, charming staff, nice environment. The french message I received after booking was confusing regarding date and booking time of arrival.

Klantvriendelijk, Parkeer ruimte te beperkt. Lift gaat maar tot op de 2 de verdieping zodoende dat men met de trap naar de 3 de verdieping moet nemen waar zich kamer 9 & 10 bevind. Voor de late ontbijtservies te weinig personeel en beperkt keuze buffet.

Prachtig hotel, leuke design. Heel mooi ingericht. Heel vriendelijke bediening. Heel veel keuze in het restaurant, goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding voor het eten. Zalige wellness. Heeel veel lawaai, zowel van buiten als binnen het hotel. Negatief was ook de glazen deur van de badkamer...niet goed voor privacy, zelfs als koppel !

Las instalaciones, el diseño y la amabilidad del personal ,con quien no hemos tenido problema en comunicarnos a pesar de desconocer el idioma. Por decir algo, el parking del hotel era un poco pequeño, no podían aparcar muchos vehículos y en ocasiones tuvimos que dejarlo en el estacionamiento público, que por cierto estaba al lado, en toda la calle.Además, el acceso desde el parking se hacía por una parte arenosa que ensuciaba el vestíbulo del hotel,estaría mejor asfaltado.

Kamer zag er schitterend uit en zeker bij mooi weer zou het terras aan de achterzijde van de kamer super zijn geweest (maar ja, het regende). Ontbijt was op zich goed, werd alleen niet op tijd aangevuld ( koffie, brood). Maar kan uiteraard ook een incident zijn geweest.

ik vond het het prachtig hotel maar ben er te weinig geweest om er echt over te kunnen oordelen. ik vond dat de receptie dicht was en dit niet fatsoenlijk aangegeven werd toch wel tegen vallen en dat je dan door een paar obers van het restaurant geholpen wordt ook wel tegen vallen...ze waren wel erg hulpzaam dus dat dan weer wel,maar waren natuurlijk ook met 100 andere dingen bezig. Verder prima vermaakt in lommel :)

Mooie, nieuwe kamer. Heel goed restaurant. Vriendelijk personeel. 1) Kamer nog niet volledig afgewerkt (regendouche nog niet aangesloten). 2) Receptie heeft slechts een zeer beperkte beschikbaarheid, waardoor het personeel in het drukke restaurant moet lastig gevallen worden. Hoewel zij heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig zijn, kunnen ze de hotelgasten niet echt helpen zoals het hoort bij practische problemen/ vragen. 3) Uitchecken ten laatste om 10u00 is veeeeel te vroeg. Op zondag biedt men een langslapersontbijt aan, maar je moet wel al om 10u00 de kamer uit...
