The soaps, the furniture, the t.v (including the channels), the staff, breakfast. Also the speed of the lift-very sufficient. The maintainence. I saw some spiders, and the floor was cracked.

Easy to find, non complicated check-in and check out. I booked a double room for single use and got a single room, no central heating, view of a wall (i.e. room was pretty dark all day). Admittedly it was a cheap room, but that not much of an excuse.

We stay at this hotel for the next-day flight from Girona. The location is very close to the bus & train station and very easy to find. Since this is an apartment, we did not find any front office but that is not a problem and we did not have to wait a longtime to see the manager (6-7 minutes). He introduced himself and explained everything in the room. Very clear and friendly. Our children were very happy with the room and facilities. The room, kitchen, and bathroom are very clean. We also were able to prepare our breakfast and warm water for the baby. Surely, we would like to stay again in this hotel.

I asked to use a computer just to check my mail, but I was asked to pay 5 euro. In every hotel I have been, if you are staying in hotel, usually you don't pay to use it for few minutes. Bathroom wasn't clean. Hall has been cleaned for ages. Wouldn't use this hotel again.

Room was quiet - It is a good value hotel but walking to the Grand Place was a bit scary with some very unsavoury looking types on the street.

It was really great staff in hotel. Guy from reception helped us with any information we asked him. They allowed us to keep our things till check in time. Very pleasant personal. Our room wasn't clean, there were many strange noises during the night and day, as from the hotel, as well from the street. Had some problems with air conditioning in bathroom, and every morning it was water on the floor from it.

Breakfast is surprisingly fine! And the hotel is situated close to Gare du Midi .The beds are okay and the bedding and towels are clean. The bathrooms are disgusting..! leaking and broken showers mold patches growing on the shower curtain and tiles.I stayed in three different rooms and they all suffered from bad sanitary maintenance. There are no drinks or snacks available apart from breakfast. And the area ( gare du midi ) at night is absolutely not safe for a woman on her own! The staff could not care less about their customers. When I swapped rooms ( due to leaking shower) I forgot a t shirt in one of the rooms, but non of staff or the cleaners noticed or found it. Not even one apology for the inconvenience.

The continental breakfast was good. We arrived late at night in brussels and it was hard to find, because it was so close to the train station taxis didn't want to drive us. Plus we were under the understanding we had free wifi. It wasn't free and u have to pay per device, then it didn't even really work.

The hotel was ideal for our needs. The room was spacious and clean with a lovely view, the breakfast was tasty and the hotel was beautifully furnished and decorated for the christmas. The location was excellent, Lemonnier metro/tram station just across the street and Midi Station with the shuttle bus stop to Charleroi airport not far as well. We will be back, no doubt! The check-out was a little bit difficult as we had to leave at night. Using wi-fi was expensive though we had our own laptop.

The location was about a 10-15 minute walk to the Grand Square. Definitely a 3 star hotel. The evening desk clerk was rude upon check in. We had an early flight out on Sunday, leaving the hotel at 6:45 and even though we had paid for breakfast in our hotel booking, we could not get an "early" breakfast or even a cup of coffee while the hostess was setting up. Even though the cold meats and cheese were sitting out, we could not fix a sandwich. The rooms are older and definitely not luxury!

Arriving after dark is an adventure, Although the hotel is really close to the train station it is still not easy to find without a good map sketch. Several locals had trouble finding it when asked for help. Cabbies and a helpful citizen warned us to not be on the streets near the station after dark due to criminal activity. We had no problems but were glad to find the hotel. We stayed two non consecutive nights . On the first night we were in a room that while clean and quiet had really banged up furniture. On the second night we were in a good room with newer furnishings . Both nights were restful.

“The hotel was small, but really good. Firstly, it is situated in the center of Brussel (it took about 10 minutes walk to the Grand Place). Secondly, the room was really cosy (it was small, but all necessary things were there). Also the design was very cool. And the bed very comfortable. Also I can't but mention breakfast. We liked it a lot (about 4-5 types of bread, croissants, several types of cheese and hame or sausage), cereals, jam, juice, milk, cofee. And also the guy at the reception was really nice and cute :) lol” Evgeniya, Zheleznodorozhny |
