I only liked one thing...... It was near the train station , gare du midi....

Room, bathroom & beds were not enough clean + I did not like the hotel‘s neighborhood .

Breakfast, good location - metro in 2 minutes, center in 10 minutes, trains 10 minutes

It was very cold in the room, a lot of arabs near the hotel, no big shops near, no snacks beyond the breakfast in hotel

Helpful check in staff were friendly and booked a cab for me.

Location of hotel was not very near the Gare du Midi (despite advertising this), was very hard to find and in a scary area for walking through at night as a lone female traveller. I was approached more than once by strange people while trying to find my way. Hotel was in poor condition, needing renovation, did not match my expectations based on traveller reviews I had checked upfront. Poor value for 80 Euros a night. Room not very clean and the condition of bathroom was particularly poor with rusty fittings hanging off the wall. Noisy room which was far too hot and I couldn't open window because of traffic noise. 15 Euros for Internet was excessive. The worst thing was that the staff failed to give me a promised 4am wake up call as I needed to get a cab to the airport at 4.20. Big black mark for that. I will not stay at this hotel again.

The location was about a 10-15 minute walk to the Grand Square.

Definitely a 3 star hotel. The evening desk clerk was rude upon check in. We had an early flight out on Sunday, leaving the hotel at 6:45 and even though we had paid for breakfast in our hotel booking, we could not get an "early" breakfast or even a cup of coffee while the hostess was setting up. Even though the cold meats and cheese were sitting out, we could not fix a sandwich. The rooms are older and definitely not luxury!

The location is convenient and the personnel was very helpful

The toilet was not properly cleaned

We've stayed a family room and it was very large and comfort to stay with children. The location is close to the metro station and convenient for city trip.

Free parking area did not seem safe to park at night and I parked my car at parking garage close to the Midi Station but it was very expensive.

Location near Eurostar was excellent. I got a room at short notice.

It is a perfectly decent three star but charged me a four star price, although to be fair, I only booked a few days before arrival.

The relaxed and intercultural atmsphere. The breakfast buffé was very substantial. The staff were helpful.

One night during my stay of five nights a party og young adults were extremely disruptive - running from room to room, loud and and 'partying'. They called my room number by mistake several times. I was thus forced to participate in an EU conference on very little sleep.

LOCATION IS VERY GOOD. MIDI STATION IS VERY NEAR FROM HOTEL, WALKING DISTANCE, BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD. ROOMS IS GOOD AND CLEANING.

ROOM HEATER IS NOT GOOD. ALL NIGHT WE FEEL COLD IN ROOM WHEN OUTSIDE IS - 10c

I'm satisfy with the price I pay with the service they provided.
