the fact that it was in the middle of nature, the rest and quietness even our room was against the trainstation. that our room did not have a separate shower; that you had to shower in the bathtub. |

The room was comfortable and clean. The rate was high for the small and uncared-for surrounding area/town and the accomodations lacked anything outside of beverages and meals. |

Hotel is easily accessible from train, cosy, very friendly and close to leisurely hiking trails. Beautiful surroundings and classic inn layout - place is definitely a destination on weekends. No noise from train or other guests. Room smelt a bit of smoke and didn't seem to have been thoroughly cleaned (e.g., floors needed a good vacuuming). Make sure you make a reservation at the restaurant or brasserie - they can get very busy later on. Food was good, though arguably a bit over-priced. |

Very nice location in the Ardennes, close to walking / hiking trails available at tourist office in St Hubert. Gastronomic menu was good though took a long time to get our food as a bus load of tourists were eating there too. There are two buildings opposite the hotel on the other side of the stream where there are also some 40 rooms. You will need to walk outside to go to the hotel for meals. |

goed onthaal, ruime en voldoende uitgeruste kamer, heel lekker en voldoende ontbijt, Receptie verliep eveens vlot restaurant was vergeten de tafel voor te behouden die nochtans gereserveerd was, wat bevestigd werd bij het inchecken. |

de maaltijd en ontbijt waren ok, rustige ligging, vriendelijk personeel De foto op internet geeft een veel grotere en mooiere kamer, een tweepersoonsbed was er ook niet (2 kleine bedden tegen elkaar, is niet mijn ding...) het onderhoud van de kamer gebeurde ook te laat. |

posifief was dat een van de kamers mooi groot was met een mooie, moderne badkamer, ontbijt was verder goed. de ontvangst was uitermate teleurstellend, koele, kille en zakelijke houding die helemaal niet nodig was geweest. ook het reageren op de klacht dat er veel stof onder het bed lag was teleurstellend. de receptioniste was meteen in de verdediging. jammer!!! |

Ik heb reeds een e-mail gestuurd op 7 okt met mijn bevindingen.Ze hadden mijn reservatie niet ontvangen en kon maar 1 nacht verblijven.Ze hebben mij naar een ander hotel doorgestuurd "La grange de Juliette" te Liban. We hebben er het beste van gemaakt maar natuurlijk méér betaald dan het arrangement van 199 €.Het was 66 € + 100 € + 80 € = 246 € |

Ruime en stille kamers, origineel meubilair, moderne inrichting, zeer goed gelegen, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet Er was een put in een cementen platform tussen het gebouw met onze kamer en het centrale gedeelte. Ik heb mijn enkel verzwikt door mijn voet in dat kuiltje om te slaan. We hebben het gemeld aan de receptie, dus hopelijk is het putje gauw gedicht! |

Goed zijn de uitstekende bedden, ruime kamer en niet te vergeten het geweldige ontbijt. Verder alle faciliteiten in het hotel aanwezig zoals restaurant/bar. Goede uitvalsbasis voor Geen haardroger aanwezig, doucheruimte niet 100% schoon en tafels in ontbijtkamer worden na gebruik niet of veel te laat schoongemaakt voor nieuwe gasten, verder prima prijs/kwaliteit |

Personnel très aimable, propreté, situation (hôtel à cheval sur une rivière), localisation pittoresque, excellente cuisine, équipement très moderne et récent, prix de la chambre très modéré, parking pratique, calme. Pas de rideau de diouche, pas de chauffage dans la chambre, décoration absente dans la chambre et le couloir (hyper moderne, minimaliste, un peu impersonnel), mobilier de la chambre pas très pratique (pieds du lit... agressifs), service du petit déjeuner a du mal à suivre le dimanche matin. |
