Very clean, fresh looking and modern. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing.

A little far from Bruges centre.

The space, both in the public areas and the room. Staff were also very helpful and friendly. Food good too.

Staffing levels seemed low for the number of people staying, especially the bar and restaurant staff were under pressure which meant customers were kept waiting for an unacceptable amount of time before being served.

Well situated for access to Bruges - very helpful staff and excellent, spacious room. Good restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Quiet rooms. Free parking

Single duvets on single beds - too small for a fidgety sleeper! Breakfast quite expensive and tea served in glasses instead of a teapot.

We liked the polineness and helpfulness of the staff, liked the appearance of the Hotel. Liked the rooms. Rooms are extremely spacious. We loved the bathroom. Huge and there is a shower and a bathtub as well.

Wonderfull breakfast. Even if 16eur seems a bit expensive be sure that you can't have a breakfast less than 15eur in brugges. İ highly recommend to try the breakfast in the hotel, it really worths

Modern hotel with large spacious room. The breakfast is reasonable cost when compared with Bruge's cafes etc as was the room service. Nice comfortable bar, and friendly. Thoroughly recommend.

Nothing at all really.

The bedroom was really nice, clean with a great bathroom. The windows are great and really able to stop the noise of the motorway.The bed was extremely comfortable!

The standards at the bar and restaurant were not up to a 4-star hotel. At breakfast, staff were not clearing out the tables at all, I ended up with 2 dirty dishes on my table whilst I was still finishing my coffee. At the bar, we were left waiting to order whilst the waiter was busy sending text messages! The counter was full of dirty glasses and even the bottle of a cleaning spray was left on top of it! Also, the hotel should make it very,very clear how far it is from Bruges, plus it is not a very nice route into town.

Hotel was very good, location not great but easily found.

Well outside the City, it said 10 mins drive. This is not true it takes min 25 in a taxi & 25 Euro's

The size of the room is enormous, there is a small balcony for smokers and all the facilities were excellent with stunning interiors.

There was a slight odour in the shower drain.

very romantic designed hotel with good facilities especially the bed qualities which do not believe that the hotel has opened more than 4 years but still look new and neat. The breakfast so good special the real fresh orange juices.

the location is far from Brugge if to stay here better rent a car or rent a bike.
