Staff were friendly and the room comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very nice although the coffee could have been stronger. Great location, easy to find from the railway station.

Great hotel located on the Vismarkt. A lively square with bars, cafe's and restaurants. Close to the historic sights and market square. Hotel is decorated modern and stylish. Room was normal for European standards and clean. Our room was in the front facing the square and there was a little street noise but not bothersome. You can ask for a room facing a side street which I am sure is really quiet. Breakfast was good. They also eggs cook per order I believe.

It was very convenient and had a lovely athmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room I had was extremely hot and full of flies. The airconditioning was not working and the only window in the room was a door opening onto a communal balcony which I did not feel safe leaving open. I complained to reception and they kindly changed my room to one overlooking the fishmarket. Once again the aircon was not working but I had a window I could open. It was very noisy as it was a holiday weekend and the fishmarket was full of revellers. The rooms are stylishly decorated but very dark.

Very special building, with very spacious and modern interior. Good access to the centre of Mechelen, and the most cosy renovated area in the city. Very limited WiFi access, while it is not free. 2 hours access for 8 euros and no access from my room. It seems just a lack of numbers of router. Easy to be improved. Simply pity.

Very nice hotel, we felt welcomed by the staff (very kind).The design is nice and soft. Beds are excellent. Very nice bathroom (we took the deluxe room).Really nice place, I recommend it without objection.

Great property with large rooms and walk-in shower. Internet reception outstanding because they give you a broadband wire. Breakfast was great and staff very friendly. Would definatily return when in Mechelen Arrived on a Sunday and it was difficult to find a place to eat early. Little difficult to find without GPS

Super goed hotel en super vriendelijk personeel en zeer behulpzaam super goede bedden en muis stille kamers super mooie comfortabel inloop douche super voor standaard kamer en leuk dat je zelf tempratuur in de kamer kan aan passen naar eigen wens komen zeker terug Voor ons hoeft er niks te veranderen

Heel goed centraal gelegen hotel met enorm vriendelijk personeel die bij een of ander probleem onmiddellijk in een oplossing voorziet. Goede service en mooi designhotel. Uitgebreid en volledig ontbijt, gezellige bar. Kamers qua geluid minder goed geïsoleerd: onze buurman konden we 's morgens goed volgen (bijna verstaanbaar) toen hij een bad nam.

de Vismarkt heeft zich ontwikkeld tot een gezellig uitgaansgebied, dicht bij de Grote Markt. Zeer gastvrij en behulpzame medewerkers. Smaakvolle kamers, goede bedden. Historie van het pand is interessant en bepaalde accenten van de vis rokerij zijn bewaard gebleven. Modern in een historische ambiance. Eind oktober nog laat buiten op het terras genieten. Een warm dekentje erbij,als op wintersport....

-lekker ontbijt met cava, mooie moderne kamers met zicht op het plein, lekkere groene appels ter beschikking van de gasten en een glaasje cava bij aankomst. Zeer mooie industriële stijl.
