The location was excellent and the staff were helpful. The breakfast too was good. Although the reception area was cool, the rest of the hotel was really hot. The heat hit you as soon as you entered the corridor and my room was like a furnace. |

The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is in an excellent location close to the major sights, shopping, nightlife and close to the metro. My room was in the 'old' part of the hotel and it was a little worn. Also, the corridors were very hot. |

You have two hotels in one, a 4* hotel and a 2* hotel. If you get one of the cheapests rooms (lift 2), you are heading for the 2* hotel, it is very old and mine was dirty, I would not recommend it. I would suggest you to pay a bit more and get another room a bit better (lift 3). It is at the 4* hotel and in this case paying a bit more makes sence. If your budget is not so limited you get a room a bit better (lift 5) and you will feel very much comfortable. I tried the three rooms and the best ratio price/quality is lift 3, i think it is called bussiness room. The breackfast buffet is not great, but not bad either. |

The room was spacious and the breakfast was very varied. Our room was boiling hot - it felt like there were hot water pipes running under all the floorboards and we had to have the airconditioning on all the time just to get a normal room temperature. The rooms themselves were quite basic and everything looked well warn. |

Decent rates for good quality hotel. corridors needs some refurbishment, space on the ground floor has to be optimized (man little rooms & corridors instead of a larger one - probbaly constraints of the building structure) - however, these aspects are minor while speaking about ratio rates / hotel quality. |

The location. And the breakfast was excellent. Good value for the money (55 euro). The room was small. It was much too hot in the room, and the windows were to another building - at 2 meters. I could look into the rooms of the others. |

The price I booked it was mort than "attractive" (50 euros only). Quality of breakfast excellent. Staff very helpful. Located near by the metro station and only few minutes walk from the city centre (considering Grand' Place as centre). Had a front room overlooking Adolf Max avenue (a little noisy... since I left the windows open) |
