The hotel has excellent rooms, especially if you choose a presidential suite with a jacuzzi for a good price. The hotel is new and the rooms are equiped with nice furniture and very clean. There is a swimming pool outside and free parking lots. We didn't try the restaurant. |

ho passato 2 notti e non ho usufruito né del breakfast né del ristorante: direi che ho apprezzato l'eleganza dell'arredo e la ricchezza di luci e di colori ben scelti; per i difetti funzionali in bagno direi che hanno prevalso gli architetti sugli ingegneri la scarsa ingegneria funzionale in bagno (scarsità di possibilità di appendere; non un seggiolino; rosone doccia a muro praticamente fisso; difettosa sigillatura della parete doccia e conseguente uscita d'acqua. |

we kregen een luxere kamer, dan was geboekt. dit hotel kampt met zeer veel opstart problemen, de meest gebruikelijke zaken die op een kamer aanwezig dienen te zijn, blijken manco.verder ontbijt zeer goed, maar diner zeer matig. |

jacuzzi, grote kamer (hoog plafond), geluiddemping, design, nieuwe inrichting, parkeermogelijkheid gebrek info vlot gebruik klimaatregeling (voor verwarming kamer), gebrek info vlot gebruik radio (of muziekzender/internet), gebrek uitleg verschillende types presidentiële suite ondanks aankomst 11 u 's morgens (in de hoop een goede suite te bekomen), personeel ontbijt nogal kort bij antwoorden vragen |

La propreté des chambres, le jacuzzi dans la suite présidentielle... ... suite qui n'en était pas vraiment une : la chambre n'avait rien de spécial, nous avons même dû en changer car le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas (chambre 201). Le personnel était très peu aimable (pas d'excuse pour le chauffage, pas de petit mot de leur part alors que nous leur avons signalé lors de la réservation que c'était une nuit de noces...). |

La suite présidentielle offre le confort auquel on s'attend, le petit déjeuner est particulièrement bon et copieux, enfin le personnel est charmant et réellement serviable. Le seul bémol est peut être les longs couloirs un peu trop sobre comparé au reste mais c'est un nouvel hotel donc on peu penser que ce genre de détail arrivera au fil du temps |

Heel mooi hotel, net nieuw dus alles is nog mooi. Goed verzorgd, keurige, schone en sfeervolle kamers. Met heerlijke bedden en een mooie/ruime badkamer. Geweldig restaurant, heerlijk gegeten en gedronken.Leuke lounge om een drankje voor en/of na de maaltijd te nuttigen. Goed te bereiken vanaf de snelweg. |

Prachtig verbouwd oud pand. Ondanks lawaai buiten van verkeer merk je daar binnen niets van. Kamer was weliswaar qua oppervlakte niet groot, maar leek veel ruimer door de efficiënte indeling. Smaakvol ingericht wifitrak deed t uitstekend. |

Il est dommage de ne pas trouver de chaîne musicale parmi les postes de tv. Pas de bain moussant pour mettre dans le jacuzzi. La robinetterie du jacuzzi de la chambre présidentielle se trouve fort loin; obligés de monter dedans ou su les rebords pour pouvoir avoir l'eau. Pas de peignoir. |

Sehr freundliche Rezeption, die vielsprachig besetzt ist. Das Zimmer war die Wucht, sehr modern, komfortabel und das Bett war auf einer Empore mit Blick auf den Himmel. Alles sehr chick, aber jung und nicht übertrieben überkandidelt. |

fijn, verzorgd ontbijt zelfs om 10.20 u. Zeer mooie kamers die hier en daar nog verder zullen worden afgewerkt (plinten) Personeel dat moeite doet ons in het nederlands te woord te staan. reukhinder in badkamer via doucheafloop.(125) We hebben eerder per toeval uw hotel gevonden . De bewegwijzering, zeker om 23.00u is niet zo in het oog springend. |

Het was een groot en goed bed, badkamer was super! Het was een ruime kamer maar geen presidentiele suite! We hebben betaald voor zo'n suite en ik heb al gewone kamers gehad die groter waren.Dit sloeg echt tegen. Het personeel (een vrouw achter de receptie) was zeer arrogant omdat we een jeans droegen. Brandplekje in de lakens. |

Zeer comfortabel en mooi ingericht voor de prijs Wij maakten gebruik van het restaurant. We moesten na elke bestelling heel lang wachten. De prijsstelling is goed, ook voor de middenklasse van Verviers. Toch waren er weinig mensen uit de stad zelf. Dat is geen goede zaak. Dit hotel zal niet makkelijk rendabel te maken zijn zonder de plaatstelijk bevolking. |
