Friendly staff, fast checking in/out procedure, convenient free hotel parking place, room equipment including fridge and safe. We were placed in a smoking room, despite having booked and being confirmed non smoking one a couple of weeks ago. |

Good size room, lovely bed friendly staff. The cleaners could've been better - you don't expect a towel or a glass to still be where you left it in the bedroom. The room was hot, but that was due to the hot weather (no airconditioning, and the cleaners left the windows and curtains open). |

Hotel was very clean and comfortable and offered excellent value for money. Staff very accommodating - they provided a fan and an electrical converter plug on request. Tea/coffee in room - unusual for Belgium. No air con.....it was sooooooo hot! |

Close to centre of town, price reasonable No food on a Saturday night, breakfast mediocre, if you arrived late your choice was non existant, Bar was dead, no cleaning staff on a Sunday, regarding the question below Hotel choice was very limited in Turnhout. |

het Hotel was gelegen midden in de stad vlakbij winkels! Het was netjes!! Er was maar weinig personeel die we gezien hebben,1 s-avonds en 1 s-morgens bij ontbijt en bij receptie was de zelfde!Ook was het ontbijt matig!!de Jus was kontineu op en watertank was leeg! Ook weinig keuze in ontbijtbuffet! |

We zijn aangekomen om 22u00 in het hotel en we kregen een goede ontvangst aan de receptie.Welkomsdrank is zeker een pluspunt. Lawaai hinder van hotelgasten die in de nacht aankomen op hun kamer , maar daar kunnen jullie niets aan doen. |
