Nel complesso hotel da tenere in debita considerazione: ottima la colazione a buffet; gentilezza e cordialità da parte di tutto il personale. Unico neo: la pulizia della camera non viene effettuata la domenica. |

Have stayed before as a convenient stopping point from English ferry ports to easterly direction. Staff friendly and helpful. Good dinner with free wine etc. Interesting town. Like it very much and would always stay here again. |

Overall a very enjoyable stay, excellent food and staff. The choice of rooms proved excellent with good facitities. Given the warm weather we experienced, the use of room air-conditioning would have been helpful. However no complaints - we don't often get the heat! |

As mentioned above - I did not get to stay at the Viane - so I have no comment on that hotel See above Also - in your section below on "were you travelling as...?" - there is no option to include that I was travelling with a female colleague. |

This was the first time me and my husband Robert have stayed in a Belgian hotel and we were most impressed with every aspect - the food was superb, room extremely clean and confortable, staff very friendly and helpful. |

Very competent staff, forthcoming and polite. Good driving directions over the phone. Check-out time was 10 am, which surprised us, since check-out is normally 12 noon. Extended to 10.30 (Sunday) on request. |
