Very quiet location, great house with a nice backyard and terrasse, comfortable room, landlady very friendly and helpful. Thanks! A bit hard to find without a gps (I do not have one), mostly due to the fact that streets are not well marked in this rural area

Ein wunderschönes Zimmer und eine überaus freundliche Hausherrin. Wir hatten einen Hund mit, was ganz problemlos ging. Die Anfahrt führte uns das Navi über einige enge Holperstaßen.

acceuil formidable de madame Maria(charmant accent anglais teinté de polonais),grand luxe au salon,petit déjeuner gargantuesque,livre d'or à signer si vous le souhaitez et si vous voulez voyager par son intermédiaire...il n'y a qu'à lire le pays d'origine des autres clients.Magnifique et vaste jardin boisé...les cureuils ne sont pas loin....adresse à retenir. famille Bayens (GD de Luxembourg) les toilettes sur le palier et la salle de Bain en dehors de la chambre...mais rien de grave

Wij vonden dit een heerlijke plek en om uit te rusten en mooie steden als Brussel, Antwerpen en Lille. Maar de omgeving is prachtig. De gastvrouw en gastvrouw zijn ook vriendelijk en gastvrij, je voelt je gelijk welkom. We komen zeker terug!

Perfecte ligging met prachtige tuin.Mooie, ruime kamer met tal van attenties ( koffie en thee, badjassen, ruime keuze aan DVD's, strips, boeken, reisgidsen...) Heel vriendelijke dame die ons - om 7u 's ochtends - een uitgebreid en uiterst verzorgd lekker ontbijt voorschotelde ! Als b&b een aanrader !

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'environnement très agréable, le calme. La chambre spacieuse est confortable. L'hôtesse est très accueillante. Le petit déjeuner copieux est bien présenté, le séjour a été des plus agréables.

Prachtige ruime kamers met heel wat extra'S. Alle voorzieningen zijn in goede staat; van afdankertjes is geen sprake. Vriendelijk, ontspannen onthaal en fijne tips (we hebben heel lekker en gezellig gegeten in een bistro vlakbij). Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Maria is een hartelijke en zeer goede gastvrouw. Ze spreekt zeer goed Engels. De kamer is zeer ruim, met een zitje en een bureautje. Goed bed. Gasten hebben een eigen deel van het terras ter beschikking en de tuin is met zo'n 2500 m2 groot genoeg voor iedereen. Het ontbijt is zeer goed verzorgd. In tegensteling tot andere beoordelingen vonden wij het absoluut geen nadeel dat badkamer en toilet niet in de kamer zijn. De twee zeer ruime badkamers en apart toilet liggen direct tegenover de kamers. De kans dat je de badkamer moet delen met andere gasten is in de praktijk zeer klein, omdat er maar 3 kamers zijn totaal. Voor de stap over de gang heb je gratis de beschikking over badjassen en daarnaast nog twee kamerjassen. Villa Catalpa ligt in een luxe, ruim opgezette woonwijk aan de rand van een bos. Goed uitgangspunt voor fiets-, wandel- en autotochten. Abbaye de Villers is een aanrader, Waterloo mag je eigenlijk ook niet missen.

Un endroit calme et raffiné, un accueil discret et chaleureux. Un petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Le jardin et la terrasse invitent au repos et la décoration intérieure est du meilleure goût. Une localisation "au milieu de nulle part" mais qui permet de voyager facilement vers le Nord et le Sud de la Belgique et vers Bruxelles. Les sanitaires qui ne sont pas dans la chambre.

La padrona è moto disponibile ma poco invadente. Ha una clientela molto internazionale e preparata dati I prezzi elevati. La casa (che non è una "villa") è in piena campagna, non a Lasne come l'indirizzo lascerebbe supporre. Non avevamo il navigatore, ma la gente per strada ci ha aiutato a trovarla poichè parliamo bene il francese. Non raccomanderei questo b e b ai miei amici.

La dueña es muy simpatica, la desayuna muy completa y muy tranquila. Para repetir. No se, nosotros teniamos un water y un baño para nosotros, pero creo porque no tenia más clientes......
