Friendly staff. Location and scenery. Food. Lovely comfortable rooms and facilities. Television signals not very good and no wi-fi in our rooms. ( would of been good for wi-fi in rooms but good in main hotel area.

Mooie bosrijke omgeving. Vriendelijke en gedienstige uitbaters; Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. HUBO vestiging vlak naast het gebouw van de suites en aan een drukke baan. Gordijntjes aan de ramen had al voor wat meer privacy kunnen zorgen.

de ligging bij het centrum ,de prachtige tuin ,het gebouw ,het ontbijt was ok de bediening ,net aan apero en de hoofdschotel kwam eraan omdat die nog warm stond in de keuken mishandeling van het gebouw ,zoals 2 openhaarden ongebruikt met tafels voor ,cocacola frigo in restaurant ,bediening van frituur via restaurant ,makkelijk te vermijden storingselementen ,zouden veel kunnen verbeteren indien meer oog voor detail en betere bediening

Dit hotel is ons heel goed bevallen. Wat opviel was de helderheid van onze studio. Super!! En ook de studio was heel fijn, mooi uitzicht van alle kanten op een parkachtige tuin. Je hebt veel privacy, met de faciliteiten van het hotel. Ook het diner is erg goed bevallen, uitstekende keuken!! Zeer de moeite waard om nog eens terug te gaan, prijs/kwaliteit absoluut erg goed!!

Parc agréable. Petit déjeuner. -Obligation de tirer les tentures de porte d'entrée, fenêtre salle de bains et vue vers route d'accès vers magasin hubo pour garder une intimité. -Pas de wifi en chambre petite suite. -Pas de pallaisson intérieur porte d'entrée alors que la neige était présente, donc obligation d'enlever les chaussures pour ne pas souiller l'ensemble. - Inversion des arrivées d'eau au lavabo, donc grand danger pour utilisation par les enfants.

La vue sur le jardin et son étang sous la neige. Le cadre rustique de l'intérieur du bâtiment une machine a café avec dosette et une bouilloire électrique dans la chambre confort du lit médiocre et les matelas qui s'éloignent l'un de l'autre en formant un creux entre eux. petit déjeuner pas assez varié (aucune confiture) mais très bon

A part le petit déjeuner du matin RIEN d'autre. Une chambre non chauffée en arrivant avec de la neige à l'extérieur. Lorsque le chauffage a été mis un bruit permanent d'arrivée d'eau dans les radiateurs. La salle de bain avec un lavabo bouché l'eau ne s'écoulant pas. être obligé de se lever pour éteindre la lumière. Les chevets sans ampoules et la prise a coté de l'interrupteur ne fonctionnant pas, pas très pratique pour brancher mon appareil pour l'apnée du sommeil. Le repas du soir une catastrophe. J'ai pris une entrecôte bleu mais qui était trop cuite et très dure les frites très moyennes ainsi que la salade. Après m'avoir servi et desservi l'on ne m'a pas demandé si je voulais autre chose et j'ai attendu en vain un quart d'heure. Hôtel restaurant a déconseiller fortement.

- La localisation - Le dépaysement - Le petit déjeuner avec la vue sur le parc dans la véranda - L'inclinaison anormale des lits dans la chambre numéro 2. La déclivité importante du sol de la chambre explique cette inclinaison importante. Il faut impérativement rehausser les lits. - Je recommande donc l'hôtel à l'exception de la chambre 2

Dueños muy amables. Fantástica zona de naturaleza en los alrededores (Los Ardenes). Un lago precioso en Vielsalm. Parking gratuito. Wifi gratuito (aunque sólo en algunas habitaciones). En las rececepción/salita en la entrada, no hay problema.

Proche du centre de Vielsalm, grand parking, chambres simples mais spacieuses... le petit déjeuner assez complet avec une belle vue sur le parc et la nature pas de bar ouvert en soirée, le salon à l' entrée qui est très petit et peu éclairé

Dat sommige hoteluitbaters niet weten dat zij ons nodig hebben ipv wij hen. Er is concurentie genoeg !!!!!! En als mijnheer van de westvlaanderen niet wilt dat er, op 2 meter van de ingang van zijn keuken door ons naar koffie wordt gevraagd, moet hij de deur dicht houden, zodat we kunnen lezen wat er op staat en zeker de mensen niet afsnauwen zoals honden !!!!!!!!! wij zijn nog altijd mensen. Eén malig !!!!!!!!!!!!!..................
