B&B Villa Sablon

Nice room, clean, friendly owners & staff, great location!

Only one thing: the gas boiler (I presume it was used for the whole B&B) was quite annoyting, since it lit up literally every 2 minutes...

The owner and staff are very caring and warm people. my time there was very pleasent.

The amenities of Villa Sablon are location, quality and price.

Very quite but central location. Very friendly personal. Good layout of the room.

The staircase is a little bit narrow and specially when it is dark, it is not so easy to find the way the first time.

A bit noisy, so close to Sablon. In summers, with open windows, too noisy I fear. I saw no staff, not at arrival (before 6 pm), not at departure (8-9 next morning). One curtain not well hung.

Gaelle and her husband were very friendly and helpful . The location is perfect. Rooms were clean and everything was handy. We really enjoyed staying in B&B Villa Sablon and would like to stay again in the future.

Narrow and steep stairs are little bit difficult for luggage.

Located in a lively neighbourhood. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants around. The house-lady tried her best to be hospitable.

Noisy at nights (there is a karaoke bar next to the hotel and couple of night bars) and mornings (somebody always started sowing smth at about 8 o'clock). The place is overrated on this site as it described as "design" and having "good value for money". It is actually neither, in our opinion.

A lovely little Villa in the heart of a friendly little community away from the hustle and bustle of the central city.

The room is wonderful, comfortable. Almost daily necessities are included . Hotel staff is very nice.Surrounding environment is peaceful, and there are many restaurants nearby,very convenient

Although the hotel location is not far away from central station but not easy to find. So must search the map before.

De buurt Sablon is een van de leukste wijken van brussel! Geweldig vriendelijk en leuke eigenaresse.

Water van het bad werd eerste instantie niet warm, later opgelost.

Problème d'eau chaude le soir et le matin Facture non remise malgré ma demande, promise par mail, non reçue trois jours après ! Maison qui manque de rigueur, sinon ce serait parfait.

La chambre était très bien, côté cour, jolie vue sur les maisons en briques, calme et bien aménagée. L'accueil a été agréable. Un très bon endroit pour séjourner à 10 min à pied de la Grande place. Attention l'accueil est fermé entre 12h et 16h et après 20h - il faut alors téléphoner.

La déco , la literie , la localisation et la gentillesse du personnel !!

Emplacement, décoration fonctionnelle,charme

L;etablissement jouxte un karaoké. On peut aimer entendre les vocalises d'ivrognes toute la nuit ou on peut ne pas apprécier. ce fut mon cas. Heureusement le karaoké ferme à 7h du matin!

Gastvrouw ontzettend sympathiek; zeer hulpvaardig, leuke tips gekregen. De ligging is perfect; mooie propere kamer met goed bed

Ontbijt in Wittamer viel wat tegen gezien we 2 koffiekoeken kregen terwijl we dit niet graag eten, maar dat is zeer persoonlijk

Décor moderne - Calme/silence - Confort et bain très corrects - Personnel correct - Position en ville - Étonnant parking aisé sur la place du Sablon

Manque de frigo-bar

la douche, impossibilité de régler la chaleur de l'eau, bouteille d'eau à disposition ouverte et déjà entamée

Prima gelegen, in zijstraatje van Zavelplein, vlakbij centrum en centraal station. Leuk ingericht appartement. Goed ontbijt bij Wittamer.

De combiketel was nogal storend aanwezig, ook 's nachts. Een prima bad, maar douchen was behelpen. Appartement was niet volledig ingericht w.b. glazen, kopjes e.d.

La ubicación y quizá el estilo del hotel.

No me gustó llegar al hotel y no tener a una persona que te reciba. Tener que llamar pr teléfono y esperar a que vengan a abrirte y esas cosas no es nada grato. Yo esperaba tener un servicio de recepción inmediato. El entorno de recepción es frio y las habitaciones aunque con estilo moderno son un poco incómodas. El baño (water) no es comodo, demasiado alto y tener el calentador dentro del baño no es nada grato. Quizá me han dado la pero habitación. Creo que el precio calidad del hotel no ha sido el que esperaba. Tuve opción de elegir otros dos hoteles (tradicionales) por el mismo precio pero decidí éste por sus fotos y comentarios pero realmente creo que hubiese estado mejor en los hoteles tradicionales. No tienen camas individuales en habitaciones dobles... eso tampoco es grato.

Excellent établissement et accueil parfait. Un vrai plaisir pour de courts séjours dans la capitale...

L'accoglienza impeccabile di Massimo Di Matteo, premuroso e disponibilissimo in ogni occasione; posizione centrale a pochi metri dalla vitale Place du Sablon e qualche minuto a piedi dalla Grand Place; camera ben arredata e molto confortevole; doccia molto spaziosa

Lo "stanzino" con il wc separato dal bagno, tipico di paesi mitteleuropei, ma sempre un po' indigesto per gli italiani

Très belle suite et le personnel est très agréable
