Situated in a mansion from 1880, La villa des Fleurs offers rooms and free Wi-Fi less than 270 yards from the center of Spa. The hotel includes landscaped grounds. All of the rooms at Best Western Premier La villa des Fleurs feature individual décor, a minibar and a work desk. They also have a sitting area with a flat-screen cable TV and DVD player. Best Western Premier is a 5-minute walk from both the Spa Monopole and Casino de Spa. Spa Train Station is just over a 5 minute walk away. The center of Liège is a 40 minute drive from the hotel. Everything. It is a charming hotel with kind, professional staff. Beautifully located in the centre of Spa. Beautiful rooms (no bath). Excellent service. Definitely will go back there,

Great location, handy secure parking, wonderful staff and service. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms very comfortable. The local management made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasurable.

I liked everything , the location is great as it is near very good restaurants and only 5 minutes walk to the elevator for the Thermen. Around also some nice shops. The rooms are confortable and with good taste decorated. The breakfast was a small bufet but everything fresh and we had a nice table were we could enjoy the garden They offered bath robes and towels for the Thermen and we could uses them also the last day and return them later on the day long after we have checked out. The room was very nice , the only thing we did not liked is that the bed was 2 single beds pushed together and that is very unconfortable when traveling as a couple. I asked and they said that there are only 2 rooms from the 22 in the hotel with double beds . The matresses were very confortable indeed.

Excellent, stylish small hotel in a beautiful mansion in the centre of town. Just a 10 minute walk from Spa station, which is better to use than the unmanned Spa-Geronteres terminus.

The hotel staff were very relaxed about breakfast times and allowed us to breakfast in our room as long as we took everything up. We paid quite alot around 169 euros per night for the largest room I think they had, so we had plenty of space and a huge bed. The room had a shower, no bath. It felt like living in a grand house. The staff left out fruit and cakes for us to take during the day.The breakfast consisted of 3 cereals, cheese, ham, two eggs cooked to your choice, fresh bread, fresh pastries, jams, hot chocolate, fresh coffee, teas, and fruit. In some reviews I have seen this described as boring, but it was fine for us. This is not really a major complaint but the advertising literature led me to think the hotel had its own spa, pool, exercise facilities which it does not have not. Neither does it provide any kind of room service. Just a word of caution the car park entrance is quite narrow, fine once you are in. Also there are about 7 stairs to climb to get your luggage in to the building.

3 rooms booked, 2 on one booking and 1 on another. The 2 rooms were prepaid as they were non-cancellation however on checkout the hotel insisted that we pay for one of these rooms saying that only a deposit had been taken which is incorrect. I am now €240 out of pocket and no way to reclaim it!!!!

Right in the city center My room was not ready when I was about to check in at 14:00, which is the check-in time. The hair dryer did not work. Generally, all hotels in spa are overpriced, and this hotel is one of them.

Hotel ambiance was very authentic European. We also liked the friendly staff and the delicious restaurant. Breakfast was also very good quality and we enjoyed it in a very luxurious but private (at home) atmosphere. Parking was difficult due to heavy snow. Snow was not cleared out to make luggage handling easy.

Very large room, stylish place, charming atmosphere, in an old mansion, with all modern facilities (includind dvd player and coffee maker in the room). Breakfast not very rich, monotonous if you stay several days. Receptionists attitude. Noise from room above, because the old wooden floor.

The hotel is situated in an old building giving it a nice feel, whereas the rooms are very comfortable. Nice extra: you are allowed to take the bathrobe with you to the Spa. When having breakfast the tea was cold, furthermore all the other tables were left with used plates/cups on them.

Location was excellent and hotel was well presented. Lack of facilities given the cost. No on-site restaurant or bar. Rooms fronting on to street were very noisy. Shower tray was very slippery - need non-slip mats.

Uitstekende ligging, parking in de tuin, comfortabel bed, nette badkamer, zeer rustig hotel. De kleuren in de slaapkamer in combinatie met de spaarlampen zorgen voor een zeer donkere atmosfeer in de kamer.

de locatie in het centrum en het parkeren, ruime kamer Voor de vijfde keer in dit hotel, waar is die aardige receptionist gebleven,het personeel nu , bij ontvangst was de telefoon belangrijker dan de gast te ontvangen, het ontbijt, de verzorging was zeer matig, vies gekookte ei, het was gewoon mislukt, vier sterren echt niet
