My husband and I booked the Charm room for 2 nights . One of these room's photo presented on booking.com, is a kitchen.
After entering the room we found out that there was only a microwave and a coffee maker _ there was no refrigerator, needed to keep our cheeses.
Mireille, very friendly and helpful, showed us the apartment 32, with a kitchen but no dishwasher. The room we had booked was EUR 70/day, and we had to pay for this other, which was better and bigger, even though we did not need, 85 EUR/day (Mireille told us that the normal price was 99 EUR
The apartment was quiet and pleasant, overlooking the field. There are a living room / dining / kitchen, a cozy little bed room and a large bathroom with natural lighting.
It has WIFI and cable internet, but as the building is old, with very thick walls, it is necessary to use a cable to access internet.
It is important to note that the building has an elevator.
The breakfast is fantastic with delicious croissants and a very good whole wheat bread, plus jams, orange juice, cheeses, prosciutto, yogurt. In the breakfast room there was very tasteful music making the ambiance very pleasant.
There is nothing next to the hotel but 5 min drive we arrive at Wellin which has restaurants and supermarkets _ the Colruyt (we bought chocolates Milka and Cote D'or on sale) and further has a Carrefour (we did not go).
The location of the hotel met our purpose to go to the trappist breweries in Rochefort, Dinant, Maredsous and Chimay (a little further).
The kitchen has no dishwasher.
All rooms should have internet cable because WiFI does not work.
