The location was great! It was super convenient to the main sites. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well each morning (meats, cereal, juice, coffee, bread). Our room had an extremely pungent smell. The common areas of the hotel did not have this smell; it was specificially in our room and even more concentrated in the bathroom (could almost knock you out). However, we did not mention anything to the owners, as all the rooms were full during our stay (no rooms available to move into), but we could not stay in the room one more night. |

It was located close to the main town square and had easy access to anywhere in the city. The staff was great. Our room was huge by european standards, and very clean. The breakfast was very good and plenty of it. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and our stay at Hotel 't Voermanshuys. I would stay here again. |

Two short blocks to the Belfry, and the central town square. Close to restaurants, museums, and attractions. Excellent value Room was in a need of an update, and the pillows didn't provide us a lot of head supprt. |

The offered service was poor. On question about dinner-reservations was told that they don't provide that service, exclamation mark. (end of discussion). Offered breakfast was a bit sad and poor. Staff was too busy in the backoffice and not visible in the diningroom. |

The location was ideal for exploring Bruges. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Even though we stayed for a Saturday night it was very quiet. overall very nice buget hotel. I would stay here again if only for one night due to smell in the bathroom. A bit dissapointed with the facilities in the bathroom. It was very clean, but had a distinct "smell of the canal". Very old house, but no natural ventalation in the bathroom. Luckily the smell did not permeate into the bedroom itself. Also the hand shower would be more effective if it could be attached to the wall and a shower curtain installed. |

The hotel is very convenient to the Markt, the main square of Bruge. The size of the room and bathroom was quite good and there were several channels in English on the TV. Breakfast is quite limited in choice but good. Despite being like a guest house / B&B, there was a lift, not always available in properties of this kind. The furniture in the room is quite old but not a major issue. One person seems to run the whole place, from the reception to the breakfasts and the room cleaning; she is quite friendly but obsiously doesn't have much time for customers and there never seemed to be anyone at the reception (they give you a key to the front door). Luggage was stored in the breakfast room (not locked). |
