Great location, majestic interior, large rooms. Very quiet despite close proximity to the entertainment area, clean and well maintained. With little more involvement from the management things can be easily improved: no shelves for shampoo or shaving kit in the shower cabin; no toilet brush (?); better and quicker replenishment of the breakfast table! |

Good service with lots of information, maps, recommendations. Very central location. They made a reservation for the underground parking lot not far away from the hotel for me --- normally it was fully booked and there are no parkings in the center! Nice ambience in the hotel and fair prices at the bar. Good breakfast. Quiet rooms. Shower was a little bit small, but okay. |

Convenience to the market place and museums, staff was excellent, cleanliness of the room, full American type shower and separate tile bath. Excellent breakfast included. The owner was a gentlemen and very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. A few Hallways had excess odor of cigarette smoking, but no more than was seen or we experienced in the streets and shops. It was typical for what we have seen in European countries. Our room did not smell like cigarettes which made a positive difference. |

Facilities in the room were more gorgeous than our expectation. The location on the hotel is far from the train station. |

We were made to feel very welcome from the outset. Parking facilities were clearly explained and our bags taken to our room. Breakfast was excellent. Staff showed a real interest in the clients comfort and after staying in many other hotels in Bruges, this would now be our hotel of choice. |

The hotel staff was very helpful. They suggested a restaurant, booked a taxi and were always available, efficient and friendly. The hotel was beautiful historical building and our room was large and very clean. The breakfast buffet had eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, and bresds and was in a gorgeous room with a crystal chandelier and marble fireplace mantels. |

Beautiful building, lots of character, excellent location, lovely breakfast in an elegant restaurant room. Everything spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed in a quiet room overlooking the internal garden. As others said before, more selection/quality as far the complimentary toiletries are concerned and a bathrobe would be nice in a classy 4 star hotel like this |

The hotel is a very elegant building, but was warm and comfortable too.The staff were very courteous and available to help, but kept in the background. The room was fresh, probably newly decorated and very spacious. The quality of the food at breakfast was first class, as was the quantity. The hotel was well situated for all attractions in Bruges. There was no on-site car parking and it was about a ten minute walk to a large underground public car-park, recommended by hotel. |

The top floor has been recently renovated and has a new carpet floor. This resulted in nice and clean rooms. The restaurant services are limited. The restaurant in only open on Friday and Saturday from 19.00 to 20.30.... |

The hotel is very glamourous with a homely feel to it. The hotel staff were very pleasant & approachable. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was very central to the Burg & the Market square. We had problems with the heating system in the room but they were rectified once the problem was brought to the managements attention. |

size of room, friendliness of staff, cleanliness of room, soaps and shampoos, service, breakfast we loved it all, except one thing. the noise from the street kept us up all night...loud voices and cars until after 3:30 AM. we were very displeased with the night of sleep as a result of this noise. |

The hotel looks nice and has a nice ambiance. The originally booked room was not clean, did not have a double bed and had a terrible view. Also the room was very empty and had an old tv set from the 90's so i asked for a replacement room. This room was cold and empty and cost more, the bathroom was bad because there is a lot of water spills making the whole floor wet forcing you to wear your shoes when going to toilet. and so on and so on. |
