Very beautiful elegant dining room, very good full breakfast buffet. Very helpful kind staff. Very large rooms. Very easy location. We really enjoyed our stay.

A small thing, but the rooms, although large and comfortable, and everything worked well, did not feel very luxurious. Maybe because it was so big. But perfectly fine overall.

Luxury small hotel, close to centre. Feeling of an old mansion about the building. Quiet but plenty of management attention. Benefits from being in the heart of Bruges. Close to canals and life generally. Enjoyed it.

Wish that European hotels would have tea and coffee making facilities in room.

The hotel in general is a good one. Its run and owned by a couple. The husband was very helpful, but the wife was not hospitable. I had a feeling as if she was doing me a favour by letting me stay at her hotel.

Yes, two things; 1) The hotels twin beds are joint and sold as a double. the beds don't link up, and are quite old, so they separate. 2) The lady who runs it ( the wife), charged my partner some money for taking a touristic map from the hotel. Though the money was insignificant, one still does not expect to get charged for these things when one stays at the hotel.

Proximity to the town centre. Beautiful room. Excellent quality of food at the continental breakfast.

Rooms are large and airy, breakfast plentiful, & close to the city centre. Staff all very friendly.

A beautiful hotel in a great spot for access to the old city of Brugge.

This hotel is very nice, very comfortable and very quiet, furthermore very safe. Every hotel staff is courteous. My wife and I enjoyed staying here. We choose this hotel without hesitation at next travle to Brugge.

Great location, majestic interior, large rooms. Very quiet despite close proximity to the entertainment area, clean and well maintained.

With little more involvement from the management things can be easily improved: no shelves for shampoo or shaving kit in the shower cabin; no toilet brush (?); better and quicker replenishment of the breakfast table!

Good service with lots of information, maps, recommendations. Very central location. They made a reservation for the underground parking lot not far away from the hotel for me --- normally it was fully booked and there are no parkings in the center! Nice ambience in the hotel and fair prices at the bar. Good breakfast. Quiet rooms.

Shower was a little bit small, but okay.

Facilities in the room were more gorgeous than our expectation.

The location on the hotel is far from the train station.

The hotel staff was very helpful. They suggested a restaurant, booked a taxi and were always available, efficient and friendly. The hotel was beautiful historical building and our room was large and very clean. The breakfast buffet had eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, and bresds and was in a gorgeous room with a crystal chandelier and marble fireplace mantels.
