Excellent location just 2 minutes walk to the city centre, very cozy and clean rooms and the stuff were really nice and helpful. Thank you! The only small issue is that there was no ventilation system in the bathroom. |

Located in a very charming street, in the center of Bruges. Extremely nice service by the owners, very charming and helpful. Very confortable bed, nice bedrooms, wonderful breakfast, good value for money. We will come back. |

Breakfast although no service was excellent. Good location. Very friendly helpful staff. Paint peeling off bedroom walls due to damp. Beds and room far too small. Room rate for facilities was extortionate. Much not as advertised. |

Perfect location just 5 mins walk from markt square. Very helpful and friendly staff We knew that we booked a small room but didn't expect the ceiling to be slopped so much that i couldn't stand up straight when going to the loo! The room didn't have a mirror except from the small one in the toilet, which we found inconvenient. |

The breakfast buffet being included in the price and the proximity to the central shopping area. The bathroom was tiny to the point of being impractical and there were no windows to safely open as the ranchslider to the balcony was not properly fenced off. Also our towels were not properly clean, there were black/brown dirty marks on them. |

Very clean and inviting hotel which is pleasing on the eye. We found all the staff very helpful and friendly. Suberb locationfor sightseeing and affordable parking nearby. Well worth a stay in a great city. Try the bike tour as it offers a great way to see the city and learn more and you get discount through the hotel. |

Very friendly staff, clean airy room, nice breakfast included, very well located near the centre of Bruges yet very quiet The bathroom was way too tiny, the shower should at least have a ledge to put your bar of soap on! |

The hotel was bright and clean. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The hotel was in an excellent location to city centre. A few minutes walk but away from the noise. There was not a proper shower, just a hose. There was a poor finish with the plaster work. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Clean hotel. Quiet location, next to a canal, but close enough walking distance to heart of the city. |

We really appreciated the cheerful welcome and the way that nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The breakfast was good whilst the room was really comfortable. Also being in a quiet part of the city was a blessing. We have absolutely no complaints apart from one minor one - it is always nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

While we were in the hotel the fire alarm went off at 6am in the morning. It eventuated that there were no staff on site, the front door was difficult to open and no fire brigade arrived - this could have been a very dangerous situation had their actually been a fire. Eventually staff/owner arrived, but by car so they could not have been close. The dining room was also stuffy at breakfast and the pillows (all) uncomfortable. |

Hotel is located just 10 minutes walk from the Markt Square and other Bruges sights, yet it is on a quiet street and next to a canal. Interior design is very modern. Some of the rooms on the top floor have slanted ceilings and can be akward, especially if you're tall. |

The breakfast was excellent and staff was very helpful with suggestions about where to eat, etc. The steps up to our room; very small room; we faced the front so noisy with traffic in the evening and morning. Pillows were not comfortable and no other options like down pillows. |
