The location of the hotel on a very peaceful street on a canal. The room was comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. We had to climb very small and steep stairs to get to our room. No elevator. We stayed in a room for 4 with a very, very small bathroom. |

Friendly and helpful staff on arrival. The interior is new, clean, modern, and rather minimal. Room size is not big but good utilisation of space and lots of natural light. Great location - close to the centre but far enough for peace and quiet. |

Staff very friendly and helpful - train times, storing liggage etc. Good breakfasts. Clean white table linen at breakfast a nice touch. 5 mins walk from city centre and much more expensive establishments. Shower room a bit small - but perfectly adequate. |

The staff were lovely as was the breakfast. My room was small and the bathroom rather cramped, with a sloped ceiling, meaning I had to crouch a bit. The single beds seemed a little basic but were comfortable and all the facilities worked well and the decor was nice and simple Just the bathroom with no stand up shower (just a shower attachment) |

Hotel Management extremely friendly and efficient.Rooms adequate but ours was a bit cramped.Working the instructions on the room safes,a complete mystery! Breakfasts excellent and compared with everything else in Bruges,the hotel is good value for money. |

The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, even coming back to the hotel in the middle of the night to let us in because we had locked ourselves out of the room. Could not have been nicer. The setting was very romantic and charming and the interiors were modern which combined to make a very nice atmosphere. |

As a retired airline pilot I have spent much of my life in hotels.This hotel was very pleasant, clean, and in a convenient location.The staff was extremely helpful, and the most outstanding I have experienced in my many years of travel.Very complete breakfast as well.Just super! Be advised the stairs are challenging.No elevator. |

The location of the hotel is great, right by the canal. The breakfast is also great and served in a very stylish room. But most of all we enjoyed the politeness and friendliness of the staff. There is no elevator unfortunately... |

Hotel staff very helpfull and friendly. Nice Breakfast. Excellent Location. Room a bit small. Shower head not mounted high on wall so had to have shower moving the head round with hand. |

Location and very close to the main market and there was street parking in the area. The breakfast room was very elegant and stylish but there was no variety in the breakfast. However, the quality of the breakfast was good and the fruit salad was superb! The room was small for a triple and the bathroom needs refurbishing. The tiles in the shower had mould. |
