Location is the USP: it is very central to Wavre. I don't know the history of the hotel but it feels 'run down' and could really do with refurbishment. The rooms have no air-conditioning and the hotel is right by the motorway so when it is hot either you don't sleep because you are too hot or you open the window and don't sleep because of the road noise - either way you don't sleep. To be honest I tend to stay here when other options are already taken... it's a pity because it is in a good location. I don't think I'm saying anything here that is not obvious. |

Friendly hotel, helpful with getting us a taxi, leant us an iron and ironing board at 11:00pm when we arrived late. It's a bit dated, and tricky to find from the station, but no major issues. |

Good value, fine breakfast and helpful staff. As per usual in French/Belgium hotels I regulaly stay in no British tv channels apart from awful bbc World News, they had bbc1 but no sound !! how many of their visitors are English speaking! |

Staff were freiendly & efficient. The hotel is not as close (in terms of walking distance) to Walibi park as advertised so we had to use a car for smaller children but comfortable enough overall. Located very close to E411 & this makes for a very noisy night with motorway traffic nearby. |

Easy access to commerce and transportation. Good option to UCL visitors. Expensive internet access (5 euro/hour, expected free); My reservation was 5 nights (I had it printed) and the hotel had only 4 in their records. |

The location is good and the price is ok. There are two Best Western Hotels at Wavre, with the same price. One is new, with good and large rooms, but far from public transportation. This one is well located, but rooms are small and not so comfortable as the other one. I suggest to renew the rooms to be at the same level at the other Best Western hotel. |

Friendly hotel staff, swift service in the restaurant, quiet, clean Difficult to find at night. The location of the hotel was quite OK in relation with the place where I had to be next day. But it could be better indicated. Without GPS i could not have found it. |

De locatie: het hotel was prima bereikbaar vanuit de universiteit van Louvain-la-neuve De TL-verlichting, schimmel in de badkamer, herrie van het trappenhuis, geen nederlandse TV-zender, belachelijk lange uitchecktijden, betalen voor internet, bij kennissen was de WC defect. |

Le réceptionniste du service de l'après-midi était très serviable et agréable. Il n'y avait pas la climatisation et il faisait très chaud dans la chambre étant donné que nous étions 5. |

Voldoende parkeergelegenheid, gelegen in de nabijheid van het centrum van het plaatsje Wavre. Mogelijkheid om vroeg te kunnen ontbijten, vanaf 7.00 u. De kamer was gelegen onder het schuine dak en alleen voorzien van een groot dakraam. Bij aankomst was het bijzonder warm op de kamer. Zeer sober ingericht. Sluit niet aan bij het imago van Best Western. |
