Easily found off the Autobahn. Plenty of parking

the room was not clean (trash can not empty), which is not acceptable at all.

Continental breakfast was a little basic but okay.

The welcome from the staff and their amenability, even when checking in late and still wanting to use the restaurant

Location, and cost.

Traffic noise from Autoroute. No heating in room - radiator not working. Night porter arrived with replacement heater which had almost no power and so no effect. Temp was mius 7 (-7) outside. Move to alternative room was not offered and on asking was fobbed off with "speak with manager in the morning" !!! very uncomfortable night and very unhelpful.

staff are the best

Location - near to amenities and autoroute for travel. Price - good value for money.

Bedroom and bathroom floor - very slippery (almost dangerous) even when walking in shoes. Heating - either too hot or too cold, no thermostat, heating only controlled by wall mounted electric radiatior. Window - we needed to open window at night for ventilation, but this was prohibitive due to having no lock on thewindow to secure in "open" position during the night. It was not possible to leave window "open" all night due to being in ground floor room (for security purposes).

- Internet was free, but it didn't work - Poor breakfast - Thin walls: you can hear people talking 2 rooms away, not to mention snooring - Expensive reception bar: a 500ml bottle of water costs 4 EUR

Location. Initially I booked the hotel as I thought it was near my business location. It turned out that there are two Best Westerns in Wavre and I clicked on the wrong one. Whilst this is'nt necessarily Best Westerns problem, when I got a lift to the hotel (instead of being able to walk as I'd hoped), the hotel was down a narrow road beside and behind a DIY store. I also received the confirmation email from Booking.com but not the one from Best Western that is promised on the Booking.com confirmation. I therefore had no confirmation of my booking, other than your email, until I got there.

Under renevation, woken by drilling and hammering at 8 in the morning !!!!! Disturbed several times during the day

Convenient to Walabi and Zaventem; easy parking. Linens were clean

Often-surly service; filthy room in places; no AC, no ventilation other than a skylight through a hot roof; no bathroom exhaust fan. Huge hair clot under shower drain kept it from draining. Resturant never opened for dinner while we waited well past the listed time; breakfast was sparse and of poor quality. In all, it seemed a place where the operators had no pride in their establishment.

The duty desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a short walk to the town centre

The hotel is next to a retail park and adjacent to a motorway, so there is noise continuously, The rooms are rather small and tired.

Professional staff, free parking, good location.

Poor breakfast. Communal areas far nicer than the rooms themselves. No kettle/tea-making facilities in the room. All-in- all, distinctly average.

I would recommend the managing director just to stay one night in the own hotel. Maybe he would then appologize each guest who has to stay there. All looks worn and the last renovation must be years ago. Doors are jamming until midnight very noisy.
