Good choice if traveling with car. It is close to highway, close to Brussels, and cheaper than hotels in Brussels. They would need a craftsman for several minor repairs. In our room there was at least five minor repairs needed that would take no more than two hours, some screws and glue and the overall impression would be extremelly better. Someone should check if the ligth bulbs are working.

I personally did not stay at the hotel, but my guests (10 people) confirmed that the service is good. I had dinner one night with my guests and both the service and food quality were perfect.

Location was excellent as I was visiting friends and family in Waterloo and Zaventem. Parking excellent . Bedroom kept very clean and tidy thank you. As it was a national holiday and the manager absent it did not appear that there was a deputy manager avaible to provide Loyalty card , Eurpoean stamps. Clock in bedrrom required a new battery which was not replaced.

Breakfast was great. Helpful friendly staff. Tidy hotel. Handy location. Very clean. So economical and pleasant for us as a family. TV, only fuzzy analog- not very nice.

For a family on a budget the price was right for the family room. It was very small, but clean and served its purpose! They did have a tv with dvd player in the room which made it nice to pop in a dvd since the only english speaking channel was cnn. The breakfast included was very nice and offered the normal breads, meat & cheese, yogurts and cereal. The location was also very close to the Walibi amusement park, walking distance to a Family Fun Center, and a grocery store. Also, right off of the main highway. The bathrooms could use alittle updating but still served the purpose and was clean.

A lady called Paula in reception, she was so nice, kind and helpful to us, a credit to her profession. Location. Room too small, not a bit of luxury about it. No air conditioning.

Normal hôtel, nothing specifictly more maybe the staff quality (good reception, always ready to serve you, ... answer in line with questions !!! (it's not always (often) the case in other hôtel !) With the images, the offer .... I had a small deception entering in my room : I expected more space, larged bed, more luxury in fact !!! It was only a normal room as a medium 2 stars french hôtel ! I was with my wife for a nice weekend, I found a room able to spend a night when I am working !

Nothing The décor was very worn and outdated. The corridor carpets were badly frayed and the corridors poorly lit. The hotel was close to the main highway and so there was a constant noise/drone of traffic. The breakfast was appalling, with very little variety and what there was - a few cereals, yoghurts and bread and meat of poor quality. Finally the staff whilst pleasant were overstretched making the service very slow.This was not a 3 star hotel - more like a 2 star at most.

Convenient location We specifically booked and asked for a twin bed room (2 separate beds). Although also double bedrooms were on offer, I ticked "twin bed", when booking. Staff was unhelpful and unaccommodating while the hotel was not full. Booking.com should make sure that also only french speaking institutions understand the meaning of "twin-beds".

Location was good Staff are very slow to do anything, I had to ask three different members of staff over the day to have a cot delivered to my room (even though it was already booked) and finally it was dumped outside the room not assembled. The hotel ran out of food for eating (Kitchens closed) and no wine.

L'amabilité du personnel : le chauffage d'appoint de la chambre ne fonctionnant pas, le gérant nous a proposé immédiatement une autre chambre où le chauffage d'appoint fonctionnait. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux.
