From the moment we arrived the staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was first class regarding decor and comfort.We thoroughly enjoyed an excellent dinner in the evening in the restaurant, where once again the staff were really excellent. |

The room was comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and the location just off the motorway suited us. Although there were no vegetarian dishes on the menu the chef produced a delicious and well balanced vegetarian meal for me. The 'table d'hote' menu was outstandingly good value for money. |

Excellent friendly staff. Very good quality dinner. Nice room. Convenient location for autoroute and the city. Poorly organised breakfast in that producing English tea seemed problematic. Limited range of hot food. |

The gentleman on reception was very helpful, with suggestion restaurants etc. The location is excellent just outside of Brugge, but close enough to taxi in. |

The quietness of the surrounding area and hotel One of the matresses of room 108 (The left side) is not level. Yo sleep with your feet up and head down. That is why I switched to the other side. |

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly at all times, the room was always clean and the area is very peaceful. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the centre of Brugge and is placed very well for visiting other areas by car. |

Hotel très confortable et très calme. Bien situé, il permet d'accéder au centre rapidement mais il faut une voiture.Le repas compris dans le forfait gastronomique était excellent Une chaleur insupportable dans la salle de bain même quand le radiateur est coupé |

Cet hôtel est assez bien situé pour un hôtel en bord de ville. Accès rapide à Bruges. Il est tout de même proche de la nationale, mais cela ne nous a pas gêné car nous avons eu la chambre la plus éloignée qui à l'air assez bien isolée. A voir pour les autres chambres. Les chambres sont agréablement grandes. Le petit déjeuné est suffisant et classique, car il est gratuit par défaut. Nous avons apprécié le parking gratuit qui permet de payer uniquement le parking de la ville (beaucoup moins cher que les parking privés des hôtels en ville) Le chauffage/clim est fourni par soufflerie assez bruyante même au minimum. Pour bien dormir, nous l'avons désactivé et mis le radiateur électrique de la salle de bain à fond pour chauffer la pièce... |

Het eten was vooral meer dan de moeite waard prijs/kwaliteit was meer dan voortreffelijk, ook het personeel was meer dan vriendelijk. Aanrader! Roken in de bar! |
