Very spacious room, good breakfast included in the price.

I did not expect to pay extra for my less than 4 year old daughter, should be made clearer in the booking that extra charge of 30 Euros applies.

Amazing service, better than any 5 star hotel that i've ever been to! 1St hand service by the owner. When we asked for Wifi, they actually gave us an router and network cable for our room for free.

Staff extremely helpful. Hotel very clean bright. Rooms very comfortable and excellent facilities.

We ate in the restaourant and waited far too long for our meal. We booked for 8:00 and it took three and a half hours, by which time we did not really enjoy the meal.

The staff could not do enough for you, always very friendly and extremely helpful

just a minor point the restaurant food was expensive but there are lots of good value restaurants in Brugge. would recommend Chagall for traditional flemish food and La Romana for Italian
