Location if travelling by car and then happy to use bus to get into Bruges Price of food and drink so therefore went elsewhere to eat. |

The quietness of the surrounding area and hotel One of the matresses of room 108 (The left side) is not level. Yo sleep with your feet up and head down. That is why I switched to the other side. |

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly at all times, the room was always clean and the area is very peaceful. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the centre of Brugge and is placed very well for visiting other areas by car. |

Very spacious room, good breakfast included in the price. I did not expect to pay extra for my less than 4 year old daughter, should be made clearer in the booking that extra charge of 30 Euros applies. |

Amazing service, better than any 5 star hotel that i've ever been to! 1St hand service by the owner. When we asked for Wifi, they actually gave us an router and network cable for our room for free. |

Nous avons bcp apprécié l'environnement, la chambre, la salle de bain, l'accueil. Dans la chambre il y avait une petite odeur de tabac ! Il faudrait faire un effort sur l'insonorisation et proposer un buffet plus varié au petit déjeuner. |

Vriendelijk onthaal, goed gelegen locatie, ruime kamers, het ochtendbuffet was dik OK, vriendelijk en hulpbereid personeel bij eventuele klachten (zie onder) Slechte matras, maar het euvel werd na klacht door het vriendelijke personeel onmiddelijk verholpen. |

Goed bereikbaar hotel met voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid, wat in Brugge een uitzondering is. Vriendelijke en correcte ontvangst. Geen Wifi of kabelconect in kamer. Geen GSM bereik op kamer! Ontbijtbuffet pas om 8 uur open. Eerder ontbijten was op speciaal verzoek wel mogelijk, maar buffet was nog niet klaar. Dit alles is niet van deze tijd volgens mij. |
