Staff very pleasant
Cats in the restaurant
As always, our stay at the hotel was amongst the best of our trip. The staff are very kind and accommodating and the food is second to none. A superb gourmet restaurant.
Excellent rooms, modern and clean, very nice breakfast, nice bar and restaurant, for a calm evening.
Nothing : but due to high traffic road, take a room not along the express road, but even in the other rooms, difficult to sleep with open windows
Big bed allowed for my daughter to sleep with us. Room was quite large.
Extra bed was very expensive, the rooms were not ready when we arrived and then the basin was blocked after that. The food was very over-priced so we ate in Brugge instead, and the bar was smelly so we didn't want to spend any time there.
Location, fast internet, parking, breakfast.
Hotel very easy to find and not far from motorway. Restaurant was superb and had a varied menu.Top quality cuisine. Very comfortable rooms
All very nice
Food good but menu to limited for how long we stayed would be ok for overnight one stop over
Great hotel to stay if you are with car.
We felt smoking smell in lobby and corridors.
We had an excellent stay at Best Western Premier Hotel Weinebrugge. The hotel is lovely AND has air conditioning! Which can be hard to find in Europe. The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was amazing. There was even Champagne for mimosas! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Convenient good location just off the motorway Pleasant grounds and adequate parking Well presented reasonably spacious room Good restaurant for both dinner and breakfast
Lovely distinctive looking hotel with excellent rooms, well placed to reach Brugge and the surrounding Low Lands
Excellent hotel and restaurant, food outstanding
A short drive to downtown, easy parking, clean nice sized room, great shower.
Just wanted a coffee for breakfast (vs very expensive breakfast that I would not enjoy), was treated as 2nd class. I still recommend the hotel.
I booked the hotel because I decided to stay in Brugge for another night and couldn't get another night at the hotel I was at in Brugge. The Best Western was great because it allowed me to easily get on the motorway the next morning for my next town. The room was very nice--clean, comfortable, and roomy. Staff were very nice.
Food offerings were limited. The hotel is located well away from restaurants and the city. One needs a car to go anywhere. They do have a nice restaurant, but it was quite expensive--full sit-down dinner--and the hotel seemed to have no less-expensive alternatives.
The staff went out of their way to make our stay restful and enjoyable. Even paid our parking ticket I'd picked up en route with no extra charge!
Bar food was of poor quality, seemed to have been warmed in microwave
Warm welcome, nice big room with excellent bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Parking and wifi included in the rate. Breakfast served in the restaurant, at an extra cost, as well as dinner (fine dinning). There is also a bar and a little gym room. Hotel also offers a shuttle service to Brugge at an extra cost, which we did not use. It is cheaper to drive and park in the centre. Because we have a car, this hotel was perfect for us. A little luxury.
Inconsiderate business people, who seem to think they are the only guests in the hotel and slam doors from 6.00am until they check out 7.30am. Then peace, thank goodness.
Very quiet and set in peaceful surroundings a bit out of town.
There was one gliitch when the shuttle failed to arrive to pick us up in town and we had to call for a taxi.
The polite and happy staff and the quite rooms. The excellent shuttle service to town
Good quiet location - clean room with all facilities, good to have an onsite restaurant.
Found it difficult to find initially, but a quick call to helpful staff soon put me on the right road.
Easy access from motorway. Excellent restaurant
Good location, quite, good breakfast. We return.
The setting in which the hotel was situated apart from the extensive adjacent building work.
Cost of restaurant meals was excessive.
Very convenient location with abundant secure parking. First class restaurant and good selection at buffet breakfast, especially at weekends. Spotlessly clean. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious.
Poor lighting in bedrooms (we have tried standard and superior rooms). Mattress was uneven and not up to standard of the rest of the hotel.
Green environment; ample breakfast buffet; ample room/bathroom
Information on airco/heating in the room unsufficient
